2007 Track
All-West Region performer in the 800-meter run ... posted three NCAA regional qualifying efforts in the 800 (Aztec Invitational: 2:09.36; California Collegiate Challenge: 2:09.77; MWC Championships: 2:08.60) ... set a personal-record and the second-fastest time of the season in the 800 in the preliminaries of the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 2:07.19, which ranks fourth all-time at SDSU ... finished in first place on three occasions - in the 1,500 (4:39.49) at the San Diego City Championships, in the prelims of the 800 (2:15.67) and 1,500 (4:39.45) at the Cal-Nevada Championships ... owned the top 1,500 time of season with mark of 4:33.13, accomplished during the Aztecs[apos] team victory at the Cal-Nevada Championships ... ran the fastest mile among all SDSU runners during the indoor season at the TCR Race Productions Invitational (third place, 5:13.41) ... was part of the all-MWC indoor team in the distance medley relay along with Celeste Tyson, Brittani Dudley and Mandy Upuu after they finished in third place with a time of 12:32.62 ... earned a spot on the 2007 USTFCCCA Women[apos]s Division I All-Academic Track and Field team.
2006 Cross Country
Competed in every race during the campaign ... ran her best 5K of the season at the Santa Clara Invitational where she finished 36th with a time of 18:38.40 ... her effort at Santa Clara was the team[apos]s fifth-fastest time of the season ... clocked in with faster 5K times as the season progressed ... finished the Mountain West Conference championships with a season-best 6K time of 24:33.60, which was the team[apos]s seventh-fastest performance of 2006.
2006 Track
Finished ahead of the pack in the 1500-meter run with a clocking of 4:51.86 and came in third in the 800 (2:16.13) at the Aztec Track Classic ... for the second consecutive week she won the 1500, this time at the Jim Click Shootout, boasting a season-best time of 4:37.25 ... placed third (2:19.79) in the 800 at the Albuquerque Invitational ... was the third of three Aztecs to finish atop the leaderboard in the 1500 with a time of 4:47.34 and placed fourth in the 800 (2:19.37) at the San Diego City Championships ... ran a season-best 2:13.06 in the 800 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... 2006 MWC all-academic honoree... SDSU Big Red academic award winner.
2005 Cross Country
Competed in all seven races for the Aztecs during the cross country campaign ... finished seventh out of 79 runners at the Santa Clara Invite with a 5K personal-best time of 18:02.19 ... recorded a 6K personal best (22:42.20) at the NCAA West Regional championships ... placed 49th at the MWC meet ... held two of the top-10 5K times of the season (No. 6 - 18:02.19, No. 8 - 18:11.79).
2005 Track
Enrolled at SDSU in time for the indoor and outdoor track seasons ... posted a season-best mark of 4:35.32 in the 1,500 meters at the Azusa Pacific Meet of Champions ... logged a personal best in the 800 (2:10.32) at the Oxy Invitational ... captured victories in the 800 at Azusa and in the 1,500 at the San Diego City Championships ... placed seventh in the 800 and 13th in the 1,500 at the MWC outdoor championships ... ran the first leg of the distance medley relay team which set an indoor school record (12:13.23) at the Boise State Invite ... also recorded the Aztecs[apos] fourth-fastest all-time indoor 800 (2:15.85) at Boise State ... finished seventh in the mile (5:24.76) at the MWC indoor championships ... was an MWC all-academic selection and SDSU Monty Award winner.
At Manhattan College (2003-04)
Competed one year for the Jespers ... placed 11th at the ECAC cross country championships ... took 20th at the Metropolitan Cross Country championships and 32nd at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference meet ... set a personal 6K best of 23:50 at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

Placed second in the 1,500 at the 2002 Outdoor Youth Finnkampen ... personal bests were 2:10.53 in the 800 and 4:35 in the 1,500 ... competed for coach Richard Edman ... attended Rudbecksskollen in Sollentuna, Sweden, the same high school that produced former Aztec standout Marie Nilsson.
