2005-06: Competed in seven meets, including the first four of the season ... opened the campaign with a 35th-place 5K finish at the Fullerton Season Opener (19:55.30) ... in the only home meet of the year, she posted a time of 19:46.00 to finish 39th at the 5K Aztec Invitational ... in the 6K at the Stanford Invitational, she clocked in with a time of 23:31.00 (73rd place) ... at the 5K Willamette Invite, she completed the race in 18:32.00 to place 53rd ... after not competing at the UCSD Invite, she came back to post a personal best in the 5K at the Santa Clara Invitational with a time of 18:11.79, while coming in 12th ... her effort in Santa Clara was the team[apos]s ninth-best performance in the 5K of the season ... at the Mountain West Conference Championships, she logged another personal best, this time in the 6K, with a mark of 22:37.10 (33rd place) ... her time at the league meet was on the 10th-best effort on the team ... she closed out the season at the NCAA West Regional with a 6K time of 22:56.00 ... during the outdoor track and field season, she competed in the distance events, recording the fourth-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:49.24 - UCSD Triton Invite) and the 3,000 meters (10:39.89 - Aztec Track Classic) ... had the third-best time in the 5,000 meters (18:11.79 - Mt. SAC Relays) and the top time in the 10,000 (40:48.29 - MWC Championships) ... during the indoor track season, her 3,000 meters time at the MWC Championships (10:49.85) was the second best on the squad.

San Diego Mesa JC: Did not compete after undergoing three knee surgeries since high school.

High School: Multi-sport athlete ... won four varsity letters each in cross country and track for the Sandia High Matadors in Albuquerque ... earned all-district, all-city and all-state honors from 1999-2001 ... ran for coach Blaine Clarke ... also won three letters in soccer ... was her team[apos]s leading scorer as a junior.
