2025-26 Season
Cross Country: Made her SDSU debut at the Aztec Coastal Classic with a time of 19:23.9 on the 5k course ... Also saw action at the UCR Invite and Bill Dellinger Invite ... At the Mountain West Championship ran 22:14.5 while helping the Aztecs tie thier best finish since 2005 ... Had her best performance of the year at the NCAA West Regionals in Sacramento ... Ran a 6k personal best of 21:43.9 as the top San Diego State finisher while leading the team to thier second best finish at regionals since 2005.
Indoor: Ran at both the UW Invite and Mile City meet in Seattle, Washington ... Set personal best in both the 800m with a time of 2:14.65 and mile with a time of 5:10.30.
Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season at the Aztec Coastal Classic with a season best 4:43.97 in the 1,500m ... Ran a career best 2:14.65 in the 800-meter at the UCSD Triton Invitational ... Saw action at the Bryan Clay Invitational running 4:56.67 in the 1,500m ... Ended the season running the 800 at the Steve Scott Invitational in a time of 2:19.55.
At The Master’s University (2022-2025)
Began her collegiate career at The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, California competing in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field…helped the Mustangs to three straight GSAC Cross Country Championships (2022,2023 & 2024)...was twice named to the GSAC All-Conference Cross Country team (2023 & 2024) and an NAIA All-American in 2023...was a member of the Master’s 2024 NAIA National Championship team…was a three time NAIA Indoor All-American (2023-DMR, 2024-4x800 & 2025-4x800) as well as a three time NAIA Outdoor All-American (2023-4x800, 2024-4x800 & 2025-4x800).

Prepped at La Costa Canyon High School in Encinitas, Calif…was a four-time varsity letter winner.
Personal
The daughter of Daniel and Beth Niednagel, both of her parents competed in Cross Country and Track and Field at UCLA…her three brothers also all run at the collegiate level…Rebekah is currently majoring in Marketing Media.
