As a senior, Vinerte helped New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, Md.) go 23-8 and earn a season-ending national ranking of No. 45 according to MaxPreps… Was named a McDonald's All-American nominee… Helped New Hope Academy take third place at the NACA National Championships… Was scheduled to play in the 2020 Buffalo Wild Wings Roundball Classic All-Star Showcase before it was canceled due to COVID-19… As a junior, helped the New York Military Academy win a Class E State Championship… Played for the Latvian youth national team on multiple occasions, including in the U-17 FIBA World Championships… Helped the U16 Latvian team take fourth place at the European Championships...
