Prior to SDSU: Played two seasons and earned two letters at Long Beach City College... Was a two-time All-American, all-South Coast Conference, all-Southern California and all-state selection... Guided her team to conference and southern California titles, as well as a second-place finish in the state tournament her freshman year... In her sophomore season, her team won the state, southern California and conference championship.
High School: Prepped at Esperanza High in Anaheim, Calif.... Won three letters... Was a two-time all-Sunset League honoree... Also earned all-CIF honors... Her team won the Sunset League during the 1999-2000 campaign.
Personal: Brother, Garret, plays water polo at Whittier College... Plans on being a college professor.
