2008 SEASON (As A Freshman)
Made her collegiate debut in match against University of San Diego on Aug. 30 … Only other appearance came on Sept. 27 when she played in two sets against TCU … In that match she recorded a dig and a pair of block assists … Was honored as an SDSU scholar-athlete during the spring semester.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Won three varsity letters in volleyball under head coach Neil Davidson at Sir Francis Drake High School in Anselmo, Calif. … Team captain and Most Valuable Player as a senior … Also received Coaches Award for her overall play and leadership … As a junior, was named the team’s defensive MVP and was winner of a scholarship award … During her sophomore season, was an all-Marin County Athletic League honorable mention selection and was voted most improved on the squad … Played on the junior varsity as a freshman and was honored as most improved player … Played three seasons of basketball and was the Drake player of the year as a junior … Competed for the track team for two seasons and was the team’s thrower of the year as a senior … Was the conference shot champ and finished second in the discus in 2008 … Was a four-year member of the Latin Jazz Band … Lifetime member of the Honor Crew and the California Scholarship Federation … Winner of the school’s athletic association (Sir Francis Drake Benchwarmers) scholarship as a senior.

Competed for the Absolute Volleyball Club in 2008 … Her Absolute 18-1 team competed at the AAU national championships in Orlando, Fla. … Member of the Marin Juniors the previous two years.
