Played four seasons of volleyball for head coach Scott McGihon at Palm Desert High School … Named first-team all-Desert Valley League both as a junior and senior … Selected the league’s most valuable player in her final season … Chosen athlete of the year for Palm Desert HS … Finished the season with 283 kills, 50 blocks and a .415 hitting percentage … Helped Palm Desert to a league title and regional quarterfinal appearance … Ranked 22nd in the state in hitting … As a junior was named second team all-CIF and the team’s offensive player of the year … Totaled 318 kills with 45 blocks and a .451 hitting percentage as Aztecs finished second in league play and advanced to regional quarterfinals … Second-team all-league selection as a sophomore … PDHS rookie of the year as a freshman and honorable mention all-leaguer honoree … Member of school honor roll all four years.

Played three years with 951 Elite Volleyball in Temecula, Calif. … The 18-1 and 17-1 teams that she played for qualified and competed at the Junior Olympics … Her 16-1 team placed fifth at the prestigious annual Reno Volleyball Festival.
