Made just her second career start in the season opener vs. UC Santa Barbara and responded with a then career-high 10 digs over three games ... Set her career high with 15 digs in the five-game upset win over UNLV (Sept. 21) ... Also had personal-best two assists in that same match ... Playing strictly in the back row as a defensive specialist, recorded lone kill of the season (first of her career) vs. Northern Illinois on Sept. 8.

Played in 25 matches as a defensive specialist ... Also filled in at libero on several occasions ... Her one start came at Utah on Oct. 20 ... Season-high eight digs against Brigham young at home on Sept. 21 ... Recorded six digs in next contest vs. Utah (Sept. 23) for an average of 2.80 in that weekend[apos]s set of matches ... Had one assist in four different matches.

Did not appear in any Aztec matches during her first year on the squad.

Attended SDSU during the 2004-05 academic year, but did not play volleyball in 2004 ... Joined the team for spring 2005 practice.

Also a member of the all-Pacific View League first team ... All-CIF Academic team ... Oxnard HS was a 2003 CIF Division I-A semifinalist and won Pacific View League title each year she competed ...
