2025 SEASON (As A Freshman): Appeared in 26 matches with four starts in her first year as an Aztec, helping the Scarlet and Black secure a spot in the Mountain West Championship… Totaled 91 kills (1.38/set), 34 digs (0.52/set) and 23 blocks (0.35/set) in 66 sets played… Launched five or more kills in 11 matches and posted multiple blocks on six occasions… Notched her first collegiate kill in the season opener at California (8-29-25)… Recorded at least two kills in 10 straight matches from Sept. 12-Oct. 9…  Earned her first career start vs. UC Riverside at the Long Beach State Tournament, posting five kills and a season-high five block assists to help the Aztecs complete a three-set sweep (9-12-25)… Scooped up a season-best seven digs against LBSU in the tournament finale the following night, adding seven kills and three block assists (9-13-25)… Knocked down seven kills off the bench in a four-set triumph over UC San Diego (9-18-25)… Hit .500 with six kills against two errors in eight swings against San Diego the next day (9-19-25)… Totaled two kills, five digs and one block assist vs. Yale (9-20-25)… Contributed to the Aztecs’ sweep in their MW opener at Fresno State with six kills, two block assists and one dig (9-25-25)…. Smashed five kills without an error in 10 swings (.500) against New Mexico, adding two kills and a pair of block assists (10-9-25)… Finished with seven kills and four digs vs. Wyoming (11-15-25)… Blasted a season-high 12 kills and assisted on two blocks against San José State (11-20-25)… Followed that effort with nine kills in the regular-season finale vs. Fresno State, as the Scarlet and Black clinched a spot in the conference tournament (11-22-25)… Knocked down a kill and contributed one block assist in SDSU’s first-round upset of Wyoming at the MW Championship (11-26-25)… Hit .385 in a season-ending loss to Colorado State two days later in the semifinals, launching six kills in 13 swings with one error (11-28-25)… Earned a spot on the Mountain West all-academic team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2025 from nearby Scripps Ranch High School, where she was a three-year varsity performer… Contributed to a dramatic turnaround for the Centurions volleyball program, which finished with a 7-22 record during her sophomore campaign before posting a combined 46-27 mark over her final two prep seasons… Helped Scripps Ranch to a pair of CIF San Diego Section Division II playoff appearances as a junior and senior, including a semifinal berth in 2023, which followed on the heels of a City League East co-championship… Tied for second on the team with 41 blocks and ranked third with 204 kills as a senior in 2024, according to MaxPreps… Also tallied 61 digs and eight services aces that season.

CLUB: Played four years with the Coast Volleyball club program as a right-side hitter… Helped her 18-1 squad to a second-place finish in the open division at the 2025 USA Volleyball Girls 18s Junior National Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah.

PERSONAL: Born in San Diego, California… Daughter of Kurt Gehlen and Dwityani Budhisetiawan… Both parents attended SDSU… Enjoys swimming and going to the beach… Lists international volleyball players Ran Takahashi and Yuki Ishikawa as her favorite athletes… Majoring in kinesiology.
