2023 SEASON (As A Freshman): Played in 54 sets across 18 matches in her first year on The Mesa… Racked up 71 kills (1.31/set), 13 block assists and 11 digs… Launched five or more kills on eight occasions… Made her first collegiate start at Colorado State (9-28-23)… Totaled a career-high eight kills and four digs in the Aztecs’ four-set victory at Wyoming, helping the Scarlet and Black emerge triumphant in Laramie for the second year in a row (9-30-23)… Received her second starting assignment of the season in a home match vs. New Mexico, finishing with six kills (10-7-24)… Contributed to SDSU’s 3-1 home victory over Boise State with seven kills and a dig (10-19-23)… Hit a season-best .238 against the Broncos (min 7 kills)… Followed that effort with seven additional kills at Utah State (10-21-23)… Match her career best with three block assists in consecutive home matches vs. Nevada (11-2-23) and Fresno State (11-4-23)… Received Mountain West all-academic recognition after the fall semester.    

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2022 from Cheney (Kan.) High School where she earned three varsity letters in volleyball under head coach Sara Walkup … Collected Most Valuable Player honors from the Central Plains League as a senior after leading the Cardinals in numerous categories, including kills (338), kills per set (3.60), hitting percentage (.270), service aces (42), total blocks (73) and blocks per set (0.8), according to MaxPreps … Twice received all-conference recognition as a prep … Contributed to a winning tradition at Cheney High, helping the Cardinals to a combined 106-14 record over three seasons … Was part of a Cheney squad that posted a runner-up finish at the 2021 Kansas State High School Activities Association (KHSAA) Class 3A Championships during her junior campaign … Garnered all-tournament accolades after helping the Cardinals to a third-place state finish in 2022 … Was a multi-sport athlete in high school, winning three letters in basketball and four in track and field en route to earning Cheney’s “Heisman” award … Played small forward for a Cardinals team that captured a state title in 2021 followed by a second-place finish in 2023 … Recorded a runner-up placement in the triple jump at the 2022 Kansas state track and field championships and was a qualifier in the long jump, javelin and triple jump at the state meet as a sophomore in 2021 … Gained National Honor Society membership and earned a spot on the Cheney High Principal’s honor roll … Also served a stint as her school’s student body president.
