CAREER: Finished her tenure at Villanova with the ninth-best assist total in program history, dishing out 2,103 helpers to go with 497 digs and 70 service aces… Started 58 of 79 matches for the Wildcats, completing 16 career double-doubles (assists-digs)… Member of the Athletic Director's honor roll in four of her semesters at Villanova and was a three-time Big East all-academic selection.
2023 SEASON (As A Senior at Villanova): Started all 31 matches, ranking second in the Big East with a team-high 1,161 assists (9.84/set), which was slotted 47th nationally… Also occupied the third position on squad in service aces (37, 0.31/set) while ranking fourth in digs (241, 2.04/set) and fifth in blocks (28, 0.24/set)… Broke the 30-assist barrier on 20 occasions and completed a team-high nine double-doubles… Set a career high with 59 assists in a five-set thriller over Milwaukee at the Western Michigan Tournament (8-26-23)… Also totaled 52 helpers apiece against Northern Iowa (8-25-23) and host Western Michigan (8-27-23) at the same event… Earned all-tournament honors at the Catholic Challenge in Philadelphia, Pa., where she totaled 66 assists (9.43/set), 13 digs (1.9/set) and two blocks in a split against Notre Dame and Santa Clara… Dished out 42 helpers and tied her collegiate best with four service aces in that latter contest, a four-set triumph over the Broncos (9-3-23)… Handed out 41 assists and totaled a career-high four block assists in a four-set victory at Penn (9-6-23)… Received Most Valuable Player distinction at the Delaware Tournament after lifting the Wildcats to consecutive sweeps of Rider and the host Blue Hens (9-8/9-23)… Racked up 50 assists in back-to-back home victories over Seton Hall (52) and St. John’s (53) (10-20/21-23)… Logged a double-double with 48 assists and 11 digs in the regular-season finale at UConn (11-18-23).
2022 SEASON (As A Junior at Villanova): Appeared in 27 matches with 18 starts, handing out a team-high 551 assists (6.05/set) while ranking second on the squad with 26 service aces (0.29/set) and fourth with 162 digs (1.78/set)… Notched 20 or more assists in 13 matches and registered five double-doubles on the year… Totaled 22 assists and a career-high 15 digs in a four-set victory over Fordham at the Yale Invitational (9-17-22)… Handed out 34 assists and served up a collegiate-best four aces in a 3-1 triumph over St. Johns , adding three kills and five digs (9-30-22)… Dished out a career-high 54 assists in a four-set win at Providence, adding nine digs and three blocks, including a solo stop (10-15-22)… Matched her personal best with four service aces in a season-ending victory at Seton Hall, finishing with 30 assists and six digs (11-19-22)… Landed on the Big East all-academic team for the second year in a row.
2021 FALL SEASON (As A Sophomore at Villanova): Started nine of 15 matches, finishing with 297 assists (7.43/set), 72 digs (1.80/set) and five service aces (0.13/set)… Surpassed the 30-assist plateau on three occasions and logged her first two collegiate double-doubles … Set a season high with 46 assists while contributing 10 digs and one block assist in a sweep of Penn at the Temple Tournament (9-18-21)… Followed that effort with 39 assists and a season-best 11 digs vs. Marquette (9-24-21)… Dished out 33 assists and knocked down a collegiate-high five kills on 12 swings without an error (.417) in a 3-1 triumph over Providence (11-12-21).
2021 SPRING SEASON (As A Freshman at Villanova): Appeared in six matches for the Wildcats, finishing with 94 assists (4.09/set), 22 digs (0.96/set) and a pair of service aces in 23 sets played during a season that was delayed and shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic… Recorded six assists, four digs, one kill and one block assist in her collegiate debut at Coppin State (2-11-21)… Handed out a season-high 27 assists in the series finale against Seton Hall (3-20-21)… Also dished out 26 helpers and tied her season-best with six digs in the campaign finale at Providence (3-27-21)… Earned a spot on the Big East all-academic team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2020 from Archer School for Girls in Los Angeles, California, where she won four varsity letters in volleyball for head coach Lainey Gera… Helped the Panthers capture four straight Liberty Conference championships with a combined 30-1 record against league opponents… Collected team MVP honors as a senior after lifting Archer to a spot in the CIF Division III SoCal state tournament… Was also voted her school’s Student-Athlete of the Year in 2020… Additionally contributed to a squad that advanced to the second round of the 2017 CIF Division IV SoCal Championships… Received all-tournament recognition at the Viewpoint Invitational in 2018 and 2019… Also lettered in beach volleyball and track & field as a prep.
CLUB: Played in Australia with the Endeavor Volleyball Club for a pair of tournaments in 2023.
PERSONAL: Born in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada… Parents are Jorge and Marcy Campos… Her father played goalkeeper for the Mexican national soccer team before serving as a television commentator… Enjoys creating films, reading and playing beach volleyball… Lists Serena Williams as her favorite athlete… Worked as an intern for a brand experience agency in the summer of 2023 in Sydney, Australia… Hopes to pursue a career in marketing with the film or sports industry.
