2021-22
Outdoor: Placed 12th in the Mountain West Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon with 3,774 points... Competed in five meets... Finished fourth in the Aztec Invitational in the heptathlon (4,378) and also fourth in the 800m run among heptathletes (2:38.43, a personal best).

Indoor: Finished 12th in the Mountain West Indoor Championships in the pentathlon with 3,144 points... Competed in three meets... Set personal records for 60m hurdles (9.24) and shot put (35-02.50) at the UNM Collegiate Classic while doing the same at the Mountain West Indoor Championships in the 800m run (2:51.50) and pentathlon (3,181 points)... Competed in her first 4x400m relay at the Texas Tech Open (4:00.39).

2020-21
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets and three heptathlons… Finished with 4,687 points in the heptathlon at the Franson Classic (April 10)… Had season bests in the 100m hurdles (14.95) and javelin (97-9) at the Franson Classic… Won the high jump at the Utah Dual meet (Feb. 25) with a season-best jump of 5-07.25… Had a PR of 17-07.00 in the long jump at the Aztec Invitational (March 25)… Had a PR of 35-03.00 in the shot put at the Mountain West Challenge (April 7).

2019-20
Indoor: Competed in the pentathlon at the NAU Mountain T’s Invitational (Jan. 31, 2020), where she took 10^th… Tied for third in the high jump (5-04.50) and took fifth in the shot put (33-06.00).

Outdoor: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

High School:
Graduated from Coronado High School in 2019 where she earned four varsity letters and holds the school record for 100m hurdles (15.34) and 4x100…In 2018, qualified for state in the high jump and had a PR of 5-05.00 …Had PR of 16-10.75 in the long jump… Placed ninth in the heptathlon at the USAF National Junior Olympics in 2017…Also competed in volleyball for three years.

Personal:
A San Diego native, Grant-Williams was also recruited by UC Davis, Berkley and Ohio State University before committing to SDSU…Majoring in nutrition with hopes to attend physician’s assistant school.
