2017-18
Outdoor Track and Field: Part of 4x400m relay team that won the MW Championship (3:37.39) and advanced to the NCAA Outdoor Championships (3:38.04)…  Set new personal best times in the 200 (24.61) and the 400 (54.89)… Took eighth place at the MW Championships in the 400m (55.73)… Competed in the 400m nine times and finished in the top ten all but once.

Indoor Track and Field: Helped the Aztecs take second place in the 4x400m relay at the MW Championships with a time of 3:40.78, the second fastest time in school history… Set new personal best times in the 200m (24.95) and the 400m (56.94)… Took 13^th in the 200m (25.22) and 14^th in the 400m (57.71) at the MW Championships.

2016-17
Outdoor Track and Field: Hatcher shone in relays for the Aztecs during the outdoor season, helping her team win gold in the 4x100m at the SD Collegiate (47.21) ... Earned top-10 spots in eight of the 13 events she competed in throughout the outdoor season ... Helped drive her team to place fourth in the 4x400m at the Beach Invitational (3:43.63) ... Placed fourth in both the 100m and the 200m at the SD Collegiate Challenge (12.52 and 25.32) ... Also competed in the 400m at four different meets, including placing fifth at the Calif. Collegiate Invite (56.91) and sixth at the Triton Invitational (56.69) ... Set new personal records in the 100m (12.45) and the 200m (24.93) this season ... Earned MW All-Academic honors at the end of the year.

Indoor Track and Field: Competed for the Aztecs at the MW Championships in the 200, 400 and the distance medley relay, where she helped her relay team place seventh and set the fifth-best time in school history (12:13.90) ... Placed 12th in the 200 (25.33) and 17th in the 400 (57.12) at the MW Championships ... Also competed in the 400 at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational and placed 37th (57.27).

2015-16
Outdoor Track and Field: Was a member of the 4x400-meter relay that finished second at the MW Championships (3:41.21) after winning the event at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (3:49.16), Trojan Invitational (3:44.17) and Aztec Invitational (3:47.08) ... Qualified for the MW Championships in the 400 meters after posting three top three finishes in the event and winning the 400 at the San Diego Collegiate Championship (56.86), running the event in three additional races ... Ran the 200 three times: at the Trojan Invitational (17th, 25.30), Aztec Invitational (14th, 25.77) and Bryan Clay Invitational (36th, 25.14).

Indoor Track and Field: Qualified for the MW Championships in the 200 and 400, finishing 17th (57.45) and 18th (25.12) respectively ... In two appearances in the 4x400-meter relay, placed second (UW Invitational, 3:48.47) and fourth (NAU Challenge, 3:51.54) ... Collegiate best in the 400 meters came at the Don Kirby Elite at 57.03.

High School
Was on the varsity squad all four years at McDonogh High in Owings Mills, Md. ... competed in the sprinting events and the long jump both indoor and outdoor for the Eagles ... competed at the 2014 USATF Junior Olympics, where she was fifth in the 4x400 relay ... recorded a personal-best time of 57.41 seconds in the 400 at the USATF Region 3 Junior Olympics Championships ... became a regular champion at the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) Championships during the 2012-15 seasons ... in 2015, she posted a personal-best indoor long jump of 18-00.00 and moving to 18-01.00 during the outdoor campaign ... also competed at the 2012 New Balance Indoor Nationals in the 60 meters, running a time of 7.92 ... competed at the 2014 General Philip Draper Invitational and ran the 100 in 12.25 and the 200 in 24.68.
