Completed her final season in fine fashion, taking seventh in the heptathlon at the USA Championships (June 27-28) in a school- and MW-record 5,917 points ... the 5,917 points would have been good enough to win the event at the NCAA Championships (June 12-13), where she was second with 5,836 points ... ended up setting five outdoor PR[apos]s on the season ... best event of the seven of the heptathlon at the USA Championships was the long jump, where she tied for first at 20-04.50, which was the third-best mark in school history ... won the 800 (2:12.08) en route to taking second in the heptathlon at the NCAA Championships ... also was second in the 100 hurdles (season-best 13.38) and third in the long jump (19-09.00) ... competed at the NCAA West Prelims (May 29-30) in four events, taking 22nd in the 400 hurdles (59.72), 41st in the 100 hurdles (14.14) and 45th in the 200 (24.86), and teaming up for a 19th-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay (45.64) ... was sixth in the prelims of the 400 hurdles at the NCAA Prelims in 57.80, which was the third-fastest time in school history ... had another busy outing at the MW Championships (May 14-17), led by a second-place finish in the heptathlon in bad conditions with 5,530 points ... in the heptathlon, won the 200 (24.32) and the 100 hurdles (13.41), and was second in the 800 (2:23.12) and the long jump (19-04.25) ... in the open events was fourth in the 100 hurdles (13.55) and 400 hurdles (59.96) and ninth in the long jump (18-09.75) ... also teamed up in the second-place 4x100 relay (45.14) and the sixth-place 4x400 relay (3:47.47) ... the 45.14 in the 4x100 tied for the ninth-fastest time in school history ... made her outdoor debut at the Aztec Invitational (March 28-29), winning the invitational 400 hurdles (1:00.02), and taking second in the open long jump (18-08.50), third in the invitational javelin throw (113-01), fourth in the invitational 100 hurdles (13.88) and sixth in the open shot put (38-06.25) ... was named the Cal/Nevada Championships (April 4-5) Outstanding Track Athlete of the Meet after winning the 400 hurdles (58.78) and taking second in the 100 hurdles (13.68), and coming in seventh in the long jump (18-10.00) ... was ninth in the Mt. Indoor Track and Field: Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships for the first time, where she took 15th in the pentathlon on March 15 ... ended up with indoor PR[apos]s in every event she competed in (200, 800, 60 hurdles, high jump, long jump and pentathlon) over the season except for the shot put ... best event at the NCAA Championships was the 60 hurdles, where she was sixth in 8.32 ... broke her own record in the pentathlon at the MW Championships (Feb. 27) with 4,145 points en route to a runner-up showing ... ran the fastest 60 hurdles of the pentathlon in 8.30, which is also the fourth-fastest time in school history ... also had the best long jump of 20-05.00, which is the second-fastest mark in program history ... also scored in the open 60 hurdles (fourth, 8.54) and the 200 (eighth, 24.80) ... made her indoor debut at the Cherry & Silver Invite (Jan. 24-25), where she was fifth in the long jump (19-06.25) and seventh in the 60 hurdles (8.59) ... also ran a leg of the seventh-place 4x400 relay in 3:48.39, which ranks 10th all-time at SDSU ... won the pentathlon at the Howie Ryan Invitational on Jan. 31 with 3,971 points ... won both the 800 (2:25.48) and the 60 hurdles (8.57) in the pentathlon, and was second in the long jump (18-04.50) and third in the shot put (36-05.75) ... had a good outing at the Don Kirby Elite (Feb. 14-15), taking sixth in the long jump (19-04.75), eighth in the 60 hurdles (8.52) and 12th in the 200 (24.19) ... the 24.19 clocking in the 200 was the ninth-fastest time in program history.

Had another dominant season, culminating in a 14th-place finish in the heptathlon at the U.S. Championships on June 20-21 with 5,495 points ... had 18 wins over the events she competed in (including specific individual events in the heptathlon) ... set five collegiate-best marks on the season ... set a school record for the third straight year in the heptathlon with 5,813 points at the NCAA Championships on June 6-7 ... ran a 13.30 in the 100-hurdles in the heptathlon at the NCAA Championships, which was tied for the seventh-best mark in program history ... also ran almost a six-second PR in the 800 in 2:12.08 ... competed at the NCAA West Prelims in both hurdles events, finishing 23rd in the 400 hurdles (1:00.65) and 30th in the 100 hurdles (14.09) ... was named the most outstanding performer at the MW Championships (May 8-10) after winning the heptathlon for the third straight year (5,612 points) and the 100-meter hurdles (13.41), and coming in third in the 400 hurdles (59.08) ... out of the seven events in the heptathlon at the MW Championships, she won five - 200 (wind-aided 23.96), 800 (2:19.23), 100 hurdles (13.65), long jump (wind-aided 19-04.00) and shot put (39-01.00) ... opened her outdoor season at the San Diego Championships on March 9, winning the 100 (12.12) and the 100 hurdles (14.32), and posting top-eight finishes in the shot put (sixth, 38-09.50), javelin throw (sixth, 116-10) and high jump (5-00.25) ... came in second the following weekend (March 14-15) in the heptathlon at the Aztec Invitational with 5,392 points ... ended up with individual wins in the 200 (24.58), 800 (2:18.15) and the 100 hurdles (13.86) ... also had a successful Cal/Nevada Championships on March 29-30, winning the 400 hurdles (59.32), taking second in the 100 hurdles (13.88), fourth in the long jump (wind-aided 18-09.75) and ninth in the 100 (12.25) ... won both the 100 hurdles (13.86) and the 400 hurdles (1:00.05), and was fourth in the shot put (37-10.00) ... won the high jump (5-01.00) and came in sixth in the shot put (36-08.50) at the Arnie Robinson Invitational on April 13 ... was sixth in the Mt. SAC heptathlon portion of the Mt. SAC Relays in 5,527 on April 17-18, thanks in part to an individual win in the 100 hurdles (13.56) ... won the open 400 hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 19 in 58.65 ... competed at the Penn Relays, finishing 19th in the heats of the 100 hurdles in 14.18, and running in three relays (shuttle hurdles - seventh (1:00.45), 4x400 - 11th (3:41.35) and 4x200 - 16th (1:37.06).

Indoor Track and Field: Won the pentathlon at the MW Indoor Championships for the third straight year on Feb. 21 with a school-record 3,971 points, just barely edging freshman teammate Nicole Oudenaarden (3,969) ... won the 60 hurdles (8.43) and the long jump (19-08.00) in the pentathlon ... also was a member of the winning 4x400-meter relay at the MW Championships on Feb. 23 in the second-fastest time (3:42.11) all-time at SDSU and was third in the 60 hurdles (8.53) ... overall she was all-conference in the pentathlon, 60 hurdles and 4x400-meter relay ... started the 2013 indoor campaign at the Cherry & Silver Invitational on Jan. 19, earning top-five finishes in the 60 hurdles (third, 8.48) and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay (fourth, 3:50.26) ... also was sixth in the 60 hurdles (8.51) and a part of the seventh-place 4x400 relay (3:44.41) at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational on Feb. 8.

2011-12
Outdoor Track and Field:
Completed another fantastic season, finishing 15th in the heptathlon at the U.S. Olympic Trials on June 29-30 with 5,612 points ... won 21 of the events she competed in (including specific individual events of the heptathlon) ... ended up setting a then school record in the heptathlon with 5,753 points at the NCAA Championships on June 7-8 ... the 5,753 points were good enough for sixth place in the meet and earned her first-team USTFCCCA All-American accolades ... was 20th in the 400 hurdles (59.02) at the NCAA West Prelims on May 25 ... captured her second straight heptathlon title at the Mountain West Championships with 5,653 points on May 9-10 ... out of the seven events in the heptathlon, she won six - 200 (24.09), 800 (2:24.96), 100 hurdles (13.56), long jump (19-11.50), shot put (39-06.50) and javelin (131-02) ... also earned the meet[apos]s high point award, taking third in the 400 hurdles (1:00.24) and fourth in the 100 hurdles (14.02), while running relays that took fourth (4x400 - 3:45.96) and seventh (4x100 - 52.78) ... made her outdoor debut at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge on March 10, winning the 100 hurdles (14.28), taking third in the javelin (110-07) and finishing seventh in the shot put (36-03.00) ... won the heptathlon with 5,475 points at the Aztec Invitational on March 15-16, winning individual events in the 200 (24.35), 100 hurdles (13.80), long jump (18-08.50) and the shot put (38-02.00) ... also was second in the 800 (2:19.92) of the heptathlon ... won both the 400 hurdles (1:01.18) and the long jump (19-03.50) at the PLNU Collegiate Meet on March 24, and took third in the javelin (113-01) ... had a solid outing at the Cal/Nevada Championships on March 31-April 1, winning the 100 hurdles (13.94) and the long jump (19-01.50) ... was fourth in the 100 hurdles (13.97) at the ASU Tri-Meet on April 14 and fifth in the long jump (18-11.75) ... also was a member of the third-place 4x100-meter relay squad (47.71) and third-place 4x400-meter team (3:48.05) ... took fourth in the heptathlon at the Mt. SAC Multi[apos]s on April 18-19, winning individual events in the 200 (24.27) and the 100 hurdles (13.77) ... was third in the 400 hurdles (59.61) and fifth in the 100 hurdles (13.78) at the Beach Invitational on April 21 ... won the 400 hurdles at the UCSD Triton Invitational (April 28) in 58.37, the third-fastest time in program history, and was 22nd in the invitational shot put (37-08.00).

Indoor Track and Field: Won her second straight pentathlon at the Mountain West Championships on Feb. 24 with 3,863 points ... also won the 60-meter hurdles (8.48), was fifth in the 200 (24.53), sixth in the long jump (18-11.75) and was a part of the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:48.75) en route to earning the meet[apos]s high point award ... in the pentathlon, won both the 60 hurdles (8.39) and the shot put (39-00.25) ... the 60-meter hurdles time was tied for the third best in school history ... was fourth in the 60 hurdles (8.64) at the Bronco Invitational on Jan. 21, 15th in both the 800 (2:33.56) and high jump (4-11.00), and 18th in the shot put (36-02.75) ... competed in four events at the Air Force Academy Team Challenge on Jan. 28, including a runner-up finish in the 60 hurdles (8.59) and a fourth-place showing in the 400 (57.25) ... also tied for 19th in the shot put (38-07.75) and was 25th in the high jump (5-01.00) ... finished seventh in the 60 hurdles (8.51) and the long jump (19-08.00, No. 7 all-time) at the Don Kirby Elite on Feb. 10, and 18th in the shot put (37-09.50).

Put together one of the best freshman seasons in school history ... won the heptathlon at the USA Junior Track and Field Championships, the Mountain West Track and Field Championships and the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner Kersee Invitational ... qualified for the Pan American Junior Athletics Championships in the heptathlon, taking fourth with 5,359 points... finished 18th at the NCAA Championships in the heptathlon (5,156) ... qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary rounds in two events, taking 22nd in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.00) and 45th in the long jump (17-09.00) ... competed in four different events at the Mountain West Championships (counting the heptathlon as one event), finishing in the top 10 in each event ... her winning heptathlon score of 5,408 points was the sixth-highest total in school history ... also was sixth in the 100-meter hurdles (14.24), eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.57) and ninth in the long jump (18-04.50) ... began her outdoor season at the San Diego City Championships on March 5, taking second in the 200 meters (24.54), sixth in the shot put (35-05.75) and seventh in the javelin (91-11) ... at the Aztec Invitational on March 17-19, was runner-up in the invitational long jump (19-02.00), third in the open high jump (5-03.00), seventh in the invitational 100 hurdles (14.51) and ninth in the invitational 200 (24.56) ... added top-10 marks in the 400 hurdles (second, 1:00.34) and the 100 hurdles (fourth, 14.02) at the Cal/Nevada Championships, and also was a member of the seventh-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:50.55) ... captured the heptathlon at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational with 5,361 points ... her 100 hurdle time of 13.83 in the heptathlon was a seasonal best ... was fifth at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 15) in the open 400 hurdles (1:00.00), and a member the second-place open 4x100-meter relay (45.37) and the fifth-place open 4x400-meter relay (3:43.75) ... won the 400 hurdles at the UCSD Triton Invitational in a season-best time of 59.46 ... it was the 10th-best time in school history ... at the Steve Scott Invitational on April 30-May 1, took seventh in the javelin (115-10) and eighth in the 100 hurdles (14.64) ... took fourth in the 100 hurdles in 13.92 at the Oxy Invitational on May 7 ... set a PR at the MW Championships in the javelin (124-02) ... at the USA Junior Championships, set PR[apos]s in the 200 (24.30), 800 (2:23.22), long jump (19-09.75) and shot put (38-05.50).
