2021-22 (At CCSU): Garnered first-team All-Northeast Conference accolades in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free relay, 200 medley relay, 400 free relay, and 400 medley relay to go with second-team distinction in the 100 back ... Competed at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships posting a personal best 25.46 in the 50 back to go with a 54.89 clocking in the 100 back ... Swam the 50 free with a time of 23.32 in the prelims ... Swam on the 200 free relay (1:35.27)...Won the 50 free (23.13) and 100 free (49.83) while placing second in the 100 back (53.88) at the conference meet ...Also helped win relays in the 200 free, 200 medley, 400 free and 400 medley relay.
2020-21 (At CCSU): Earned first-team All-Northeast Conference honors in the 50 free, 100 free, 100 back, 400 free relay, and 400 medley relay) while meriting second-team recognition in the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay...Was also named the NEC Women's Swimming & Diving Student-Athlete of the Year...Won the 50 free (23.15), 100 free (50.20) and 100 back (54.57) at the conference meet ... Won the 100 free (54.21) and 200 free (1:56.42) at Sacred Heart to open the season ... Collected NEC Swimmer of the Week plaudits (3-4-21) ... NEC Academic Honor Roll ... NEC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2019-20 (At CCSU): Captured the gold in the 50 free (23.09), 200 free relay and 400 free relay at the NEC Championships…Placed second in the 100 backstroke, 100 free while helping the 200 medley relay to a No. 2 finish at the conference meet … Also swam on the Blue Devils' fourth-place 400 medley relay … Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll…NEC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2018-19 (At CCSU): Finished seventh in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 57.03 at the 2019 NEC Championships.
PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Swimmer at Bishop Stang High School under Dave Ponte ... Named New England Top 10 Swimmer ... Made Standard Times Swimmer of the Year ... Massachusetts South Sectional Champion .. .Member of the National Honor Society ... Also swam for Kingfish Swimming under Jay Craft.
