At the conclusion of her Aztec career, was ranked in the top-10 in program history in the 50 Free (No. 9), 100 Free (No. 5), 100 Breast (No. 3), 200 Free Relay (No. 4), 400 Free Relay (No. 4), 200 Free Medley Relay (No. 3), 400 Medley Relay (No. 5).
2021-22: Competed in 10 meets… Produced career-bests in the 50 Free (22.69), 100 Free (49.53) at the 2022 Mountain West Championships… Season-bests in the 100 Back (1:06.11), and 100 Fly (1:02.62) came at the USD Pentathlon… Swam a 2:23.12 in the 200 Breaststroke at the Phill Hansel Invitational… Her 50 Free and 100 Breaststroke times were B-Cut standard times.
2020-21: Grabbed three top-five finishes at the 2021 MW Championships, highlighted by her third-place finish in the 100 free … At the same event, swam a NCAA ‘B’ cut swim of 1:00.94 in the 100 breast … Swam a leg of the Aztecs’ gold-medal 200 Medley Relay at the league title chase … Started the season with three top-five swims at the Fresno State Invite … Earned the top finish in the 100 breast at the Aztecs’ dual meet with Cal Poly.
2019-20: Named a CSCAA All-American for her NCAA ‘B’ cut and career-best 100 Breast swim of 59.56 at the Mountain West Championships … The time sits as the third-best swim in SDSU program history ... With the same swim, secured a selection to the NCAA Championships with her B cut effort (canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic) ... Part of the Aztecs’ first-place conference championship efforts in the 200 Free relay … Earned three top-10 finishes at the Mountain West Championships, highlighted by a third-place finish in the 100 Breast with a time of 59.78 … At the same event, placed fifth in the 50 free final heats with a time of 22.80 and finished ninth in the 100 free with a time of 50.38 … Finished seventh in the 100 Breast at the Mizzou Invitational (Nov. 20-22, 2019) … Closed the regular season with her season-best finish in the 100 Breast against San Diego, Jan. 24, placing second.
HIGH SCHOOL
2018 Graduate of Central High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming… Earned four varsity letters and was coached by Mark Miller at Central HS… Also competed for Cheyenne Swim Club… Named a three-time all-American, four-time all-state, and two-time athlete of the year during her high school career… Set three conference records and eight high school records at Central HS… Three-time state champion at Central HS… Also played forward for the basketball team at Central HS and was an all-state selection.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Jeff and Kiesa Geyer… Both of her parents were swimmers at the University of Wyoming… Enjoys basketball, baking, photography, hiking, designing and going to the beach in her free time… Aspires to own her own business and currently studies business marketing at SDSU… Lists her favorite athlete as six-time Olympic medalist Rebecca Soni.
