Was a two-year varsity diver at Lewis Palmer High School in Monument, Colo., under Coach Alan Arata ... Name Diver of the Year for Colorado Springs and was also honored as the Colorado Springs Gazette newspaper Athlete of the Week during her senior season ... Named to the Colorado Springs Gazette first team as both a junior and senior ... Team captain ... As a senior finished third at the Colorado 5A state meet with a score of 451.90, less than four points out of second place ... Placed fifth in the one-meter board at the 2010 4A state championships with a score of 347.15 ... Improved that placing to third at the 2011 5A championships with a mark of 404.65 ... Also competed three seasons for the school[apos]s track and field team as a pole vaulter ... Finished second in the state in that event as freshman and sophomore and was named team[apos]s Rookie of the Year
