2022 SEASON - JUNIOR
Appeared in 20 games for the Aztecs and was the starting pitcher in five of 20 games … Pitched 52 innings with an ERA of 3.23 with 33 strikeouts and just seven walks ... Limited opposing hitters a .210 average  … Had five assists and two putouts with a fielding percentage of 1.000 … In 16 of her 20 outings threw multiple innings, and pitched at lest three innings on eight occasions ... Threw a season-high 6.1 innings, recorded three strikeouts  and gave up three hits in a win over UIC on Feb. 12 ... Did not give up a hit and struckout four in three innings pitched against Southern Utah on Feb. 19 ... Tied her season-high of four strikeouts in a game against UNLV on April 9 ...  Pitched 3.2 innings and did not allow a hit while striking out three in against New Mexico on May 14.  

CAL STATE FULLERTON (2019-21)
Started 39 of 74 appearances over three seasons at Cal State Fullerton, finishing with a 28-13 record in 272 2/3 innings … Totaled a 2.14 strikeout-to-walk ratio with 214 strikeouts against 100 walks, a 2.72 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP ... Pitched 13 complete games including a trio of shutouts ... Recorded six saves ... Opposing batters hit just .214 off her and reached base at a .291 clip while batting .214 ... Was 5-1 with a 3.94 ERA as a junior in 2021, starting eight times and pitching in 22 games ... Tossed a pair of complete games ...  Struck out 34 batters with 20 walks ... Was 6-4 as a sophomore with a 2.93 ERA in 15 appearances (eight starts), striking out 34 with 33 walks ... Led Cal State Fullerton with 37 appearances and 23 starts totaling 159.2 innings as a freshman in 2019 ... Was 17-8 with a 2.24 ERA and two saves ... Racked up numerous awards, including being named to the NFCA All-West Region Second Team, the Big West Freshman Pitcher of the Year, an all-Big West first-team selection and a member of the all-Big West Freshman Team ... Also was named the Big West Pitcher of the Week twice and was a five-time Big West Freshman of the Week ... Recorded eight complete games, two of which were shutouts ... Struck out 146 batters with just 47 walks ... Held her opponents to a .187 average ... Threw 75.2 innings in conference play, going 9-2 with a 1.11 ERA ... Recorded 11 games with five or more strikeouts, including a career-best 11 in a nine-inning complete game victory over Cal Poly on May 4.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-year letter winner at Richard Gahr High School … Was the San Gabriel Valley League Pitcher of the Year in her sophomore and junior seasons … Also earned a Press Telegram Dream Team and First Team All-League selections sophomore, junior, and senior year … In her junior year, set the school record for most wins in a season … Helped her team to four SGVL Championships as well as Division 1 Runner-Ups … Earned academic honors her sophomore and senior years.

Born in San Pedro, California ... Parents are Jesse and Lisa Martinez … has two older siblings, Isaiah and Jesseca … Majoring in interdisciplinary studies... Models her game after her father.
