2019 SEASON - JUNIOR
Saw action in 31 games, starting 16 times (nine in right field, six in left field and one as the designated player) ... Was 6-for-46 (.143) with six runs, four walks and three stolen bases ... Was 0-for-6 in MW play with two runs and a stolen base in seven games (three starts) ... Scored one game-winning run on the season ... Singled and scored a run vs. Northern Illinois on Feb. 15 ... Had a good game off the bench vs. Robert Morris on March 7, going 1-for-1 with a run and a stolen base ... Walked and scored in a start at Long Beach State on March 9 ... Stole a base in her final start at Utah State on May 10.

2018 SEASON - SOPHOMORE
Played in 44 of the team's 51 games, starting 31 times (15 in center field, 13 in right field and three in left field) ... Batted .198 (18-for-91) with four RBIs, 10 runs, three doubles, nine walks, five sac bunts and a stolen base, posting a .277 on-base percentage ... In Mountain West play was 7-for-35 (.200) with a run, three RBIs and four walks, with a .270 on-base mark ... Had five multi-hit games and one multi-run game ... Also had three go-ahead runs, one go-ahead RBI and one game-winning run ... Hit .389 (7-for-18) over the team's final 10 games, .286 (10-for-35) in night games and .292 (7-for-24) with runners in scoring position ... Had a career-long seven-game streak of reaching base safely from Feb. 22-March 18.

2017 SEASON - FRESHMAN
Played in 35 of the team's 49 games, starting eight times in the outfield ... Batted .226 (7-or-31) with three RBIs, 17 runs, five walks and a stolen base, posting a .333 on-base percentage ... In MW play was 5-for-25 (.200) with two RBIs, 11 runs, three walks and a stolen base ... Was 5-for-16 (.313) in runners on base and 4-for-13 (.308) with runners in scoring position ... Was 2-for-4 (.500) as a pinch runner and 2-for-5 (.400) with the bases loaded ... Had two multi-run games on the season ... Had season longs of five-game streak of reaching base safely (March 9-25) and three-game hitting streak (April 29-May 5) ... Scored three runs at Utah State on April 30 and twice at Nevada on May 12.

CLUB - SO CAL CHOPPERS
Played her club ball at So Cal Choppers in Valencia, Calif., for coach Dean Fausett ... Placed in the top ten in the 2016 Colorado IDT Tournament and third at the 2016 PGF Nationals.

HIGH SCHOOL - WEST RANCH
Was a three-year letter winner at West Ranch High School in Valencia, Calif. ... Received first-team all-league honors all three years ... Also was a scholar-athlete on the high school team for all four years... Team was the 2015 CIF D1 runner-ups ... Played her high school ball under coach Bob Shults.

Megan Smith was born July 21, 1998, in San Antonio, Texas ... Daughter of Andy and Roxanne Smith ... Was also recruited by UC Santa Barbara ... Is a criminal justice major with the career plan of becoming an FBI agent.
