Made an immediate impact in her first season at San Diego State ... Earned second-team all-Mountain West honors as a pitcher ... Was 10-6 with a 3.63 ERA in 100 1/3 innings across 33 appearances and 14 starts ... Had 44 strikeouts and one complete game, limiting the opposition to a .281 average ... At the plate was 16-for-68 (.235) with a home run, five RBIs, two runs, three doubles and four walks ... Committed just one error in 46 fielding chances, owning a .978 fielding percentage ... In Mountain West play was 6-1 with a 2.72 ERA in 54 innings ... Struck out 23 in 54 innings over 16 appearances and eight games started, holding her opponents to a .282 average ... Got the win against Brigham Young on Feb. 28, tossing 4 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, striking out three, and allowing two hits and two walks ... Pitched her first complete game against Long Beach State on March 9, allowing just one run on three hits and five walks, striking out two ... Had two hits against UNLV on March 31 ... Picked up the win at Nevada on April 7, tossing five scoreless innings of relief, while allowing two hits and two walks ... Got the win vs. San Jose State on April 12, striking out three and allowing just one hit and a hit batter in three innings of scoreless relief ... Had two RBIs at No. 25 Colorado State on April 27 and then had two hits the following day with the Rams ... Had a solid outing vs. Fresno State on May 4, giving up just one run on four hits and a walk over 6 1/3 innings, while striking out three.

PALOMAR COLLEGE (2018)
Comes to The Mesa after a fantastic 2018 at Palomar College under head coach and former Aztec Lacey Craft, where she was 27-1 with a microscopic 1.15 ERA in the circle ... In 146 innings, she struck out 184, starting 29 of her 30 appearances ... Garcia also excelled at the plate, batting .405 (62-for-153) with two home runs, 36 RBIs and 44 runs ... Palomar ended the season with a 41-5 record before falling in the state championship ... For her efforts, was the California JUCO Pitcher of the Year and first-team all-state ... Also was an all-conference scholar-athlete.

TYLER CC (2017)
Spent her 2017 season at Tyler Community College in Tyler, Texas ... Was 11-1 with a 1.82 ERA in 73 innings ... Struck out 41 with two complete games ... Also hit .318 (21-for-66) with three homers, 19 RBIs and nine runs.

HIGH SCHOOL - MIRA MESA
Was a four-year letter winner at nearby Mira Mesa High School in San Diego ... Was a first-team all-league selection as a freshman ... Also played on the volleyball team for the Marauders.
