Appeared in 41 games with 23 starts to her credit ... 10 of the starts came at catcher after All-American Erin Floros went down with a bout of appendicitis ... Scored the game-winning run in her first appearance in SDSU's 4-3 victory over Cal Poly on Feb. 7 ... Earned the start the following day against the Mustangs, registering her first hit (single) as the right fielder ... Also started against No. 4 UCLA, going 0-for-1 with two sacrifice bunts and a stolen base ... Drew her first walk against Utah State (Feb. 12) ... Had a season-long three-game hit streak from Feb. 15-20, where she batted .375 (3-for-8) with a run and a walk ... Made six putouts and had two assists in her first game as the starting catcher versus Kentucky (Feb. 20) ... Scored the game-winning run in SDSU's 5-4 victory over Oregon on Feb. 27 ... Also was named the 2008 Foothill Conference Player of the Year and garnered all-league accolades ... Batted .434 (59-for-136) with a .481 on base percentage ...
