2026 SEASON - SOPHOMORE
Appeared in 29 games, all coming off the bench, primarily as a pinch runner … Scored 10 runs… Was successful on one of her two stolen base attempts (vs. CSUN on Feb. 27)… Singled for her first collegiate hit in the Opening Day win over Loyola Chicago… Logged four at bats… Saw action in the outfield twice and caught the only ball hit to her (vs. UC Riverside, Feb. 20).
2025 SEASON - FRESHMAN
Appeared in 44 games, all as a pinch runner … Scored 16 runs, leading hitters with fewer than 100 at bats… Was successful on one of her three stolen base attempts (vs. CSUN on February 6)… Had an at bat against Southern on February 7.
CLUB BALL
Played outfield for San Jose’s Warrior Academy in 2022, helping the team to the TCS National Championship… Also played four seasons for the Suncats Jimenez.
HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered all four years at Archbishop Mitty High in San Jose, California… Followed up an All-League Honorable Mention sophomore year by making the First Team as a junior and senior while also being named Second Team All-State in each of those two seasons… Finished her high school career with a .450 batting average while reaching base at a .486 clip with 18 stolen bases.

Mia Angeline Rodriguez was born on June 27, 2007, in San Diego… Daughter of Crystal and Javier Rodriguez… Cousin, Julianna Martinez, played softball at Fresno State, graduating in 2021… Is majoring in pre-physical therapy with plans of becoming a nurse after graduation… Chose SDSU over Minnesota, Cal Poly, Illinois State and California.
