2019-20 SEASON (As A Sophomore)
A local product who transferred to SDSU after spending one year at UC Davis.
     Singles – Posted a 6-7 record during the fall tournament schedule … Won his first match in a Scarlet and Black uniform with a three-set triumph over Thomas Pudney of Northern Colorado, 4-6, 6-2, 6-1, in the first round of his flight at the Arizona Wildcat Invitational … Went 3-1 in the State Flight at the Aztec Invitational, capped by a victory over UC Irvine’s Matthew Sah in a super-tiebreaker, 6-3, 3-6, 10-8, to claim third place … Also defeated Gilbert Chung of UC Riverside in similar fashion, 3-6, 6-4, 10-6, in the consolation bracket of the ITA Southwest Regional Championships … Ended the semester with a three-set decision over Cal Poly’s Andrew Whitehouse in Flight Three’s round of 16 at the Larry Easley Memorial Classic, 7-5, 3-6, 7-5.
     Doubles – Combined for a 3-6 record during the fall slate playing alongside David Hough (2-3) and Fabian Roensdorf (1-3) … Joined forces with Roensdorf for his first doubles victory at SDSU with a dramatic victory over New Mexico State’s Facundo Tumosa and Eban Straker-Meads, 7-6(3), in the first round of the Wilber Wildcat Flight at the Arizona Wildcat Invitational … Tandem also competed at the Larry Easley Memorial Classic in Las Vegas … Teamed with Hough for a 6-3 victory over Arizona’s Connor Olsen and Hiroki Sakagawa in the Flight A consolation quarterfinals at the Aztec Invitational … Duo additionally registered an 8-4 victory over UC Irvine’s Ali Amiri and Aaron Bailey in an extra consolation match at the ITA Southwest Regional Championships.
 
2018-19 SEASON (At UC Davis)
Earned a spot on the ITA All-Academic team.
     Singles – Finished his freshman season at UC Davis with an 11-13 record, including a 3-8 mark in dual matches … Registered the second-highest number of overall singles victories on the team thanks to stellar fall season, highlighted by four consecutive wins at the Saint Mary’s Fall Invitational, where he reached the tournament final … Rotated through the No. 3-6 spots on the Aggies’ singles ladder during the spring, posting wins over Eastern Washington and Nevada to go with a clinching point in the team’s 4-0 team shutout of Holy Names.
     Doubles – Logged an 18-13 overall record as part of four different tandems … Was paired with Daniel Landa for most of the season, compiling a 9-6 record in dual matches mainly in the No. 2 position … Duo won first seven out of eight dual matches to open the spring slate … Clinched the pivotal doubles point in UCD’s narrow 4-3 victory over Fresno State after defeating the Bulldogs’ Zdenek Derkas and Jeremy Moser, 7-6(2).
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Won four varsity letters at Torrey Pines High School, where he helped the Falcons to pair of CIF Southern California titles in 2015 and 2017 … Was a prep teammate of former Aztecs Raul de la Torre and Daniel de la Torre.
