2017 Season
Had another outstanding season, making the All-Far West Region Team for the third consecutive year... Became the first Aztec to be selected to the All-Region team three consecutive years since 2009 (Nick Cardenas)... Started all 19 matches and led the team with 1,732 minutes played... Scored one goal, a game-winner against Incarnarte Word on Sept. 24... Attempted seven shots, putting three on goal.
2016 Season
Enjoyed a spectacular sophomore campaign, earning second-team all-Far West Region honors by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) ... Helped anchor a stellar SDSU defense that finished fourth nationally in shutout percentage (0.58) and ranked 10th in team goals against average (0.63) ... Was one of two Aztecs to start all 19 games, leading the team with 1,782 minutes played ... Notched his first collegiate assist at home vs. Stanford on Oct. 20, as the Scarlet and Black snapped the Cardinal's five-match winning streak with a 1-1 draw ... Attempted six shots for the season, including one on goal ... Received honorable mention Pac-12 all-academic distinction.
2015 Season
Made a tremendous impact in his first season, earning third-team NSCAA Division I All-Far West Region honors ... Also garnered third-team all-freshman accolades from College Soccer News ... Started 18 of 19 matches, logging a team-high 1,766 minutes on the pitch at centerback ... Contributed to an Aztec backline that recorded the third-most shutouts (6) and fourth-lowest goals against average in the Pac-12 (1.29) ... Played full time in 17 matches … Scored his first collegiate goal against UT Rio Grande Valley ... Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week honoree for Sept. 8 after helping SDSU to consecutive shutouts against George Washington and San Diego Christian ... Recorded two shots in four matches.
