Earned second-team all-Far West Region honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) to go with second-team all-Pac-12 accolades ... Was also named Pac-12 Player of the Week on two occasions ... Started 13 of 17 matches he appeared in during his senior campaign ... Led the Aztecs with five goals, including four game-winners, which ranked second in the conference ... Also shared the team lead with 40 shots overall while topping the squad with 19 shots on goal ... Set the tone for a memorable season by converting a penalty kick in the 61st minute to lift SDSU to a monumental 1-0 triumph over No. 1 Akron in the 2016 home opener (Sept. 2) ... All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention ... Started 12 of 13 matches at centerback, recording 1,074 minutes ... Finished fourth on the team with two goals and six points despite missing five matches due to international commitments with Guam's Men's National Team ... Commanded a defense that posted the league’s third-most clean sheets (seven) and the fourth-lowest goals against average (1.29) ... Took 17 shots, putting six on net.

2014:

Played in 18 games and started on 10 different occasions ... Finished with one goal and two points ... His goal came vs. Washington (10/19) ... Attempted seven shots, including a season-high two vs. the Huskies ... Had two shots on goal, one apiece vs. Point Loma (9/30) and Washington (10/19).

High School:
Played at University City High School and also starred for the Notts Forest Club team ... A three-star recruit by Top Drawer Soccer, he led the Centurions to a 15-1-2 (.889) record as a senior ... As a junior, Nicklaw had 18 points on seven goals and 11 assists, and helped University City to the CIF Championship title ...
