Appeared in 43 games with 14 starts… Played on the 2019 national championship team and was a starter on the 2021 final four team… Helped the Hoyas win three Big East championships… Scored twice and dished out three assists… Was named the team’s Most Improved Player in 2020… Was a Big East All-Academic selection.

Attended San Diego’s St. Augustine High School and helped them win a CIF DI championship his freshman season… Played for the San Diego Surf where he was a starter for four years… Helped the Surf win a 2015 West Regional title… A four year First Honors awardee.

Personal
Born in San Diego to Melissa Purcell and Steve DaLuz… His brother Austin played at Wake Forest where he won the 2007 national championship and then played professionally from 2010-19… Lists Cristiana Ronaldo as his favorite athlete… Graduated from Georgetown with a health care management and policy degree… Pursuing a master’s in public health (health policy management) at SDSU.
