Competed at the U.S. Amateur, but did not get out of stroke play ... Played in all 12 tournaments, ranking fifth on the team with a 72.56 stroke average ... Also ranked in a tie for third in rounds in the 60s (6) and fourth in rounds below par (11).
Spring: Played in eight tournaments in the spring, averaging 73.29 through 24 rounds … Had six rounds below par and three in the 60s … Tied for 42nd at the Southwestern Invitational from Jan. 29-31 at 5-over 218, getting better each round (76, 73 and 69) … Tied for 75th at the John Burns Intercollegiate (Feb. 15-17) at 9-over 225 … Was the team’s top finisher at the Southern Highlands Collegiate (Feb. 25-27), tying for ninth at 2-under 214, going 70-72-72 … Tied for 39th at the San Diego Classic (March 4-5) at even-par 216 (73-71-72) … Tied for 80th at The Goodwin from March 28-30 at 9-over 219 … Finished second at the MW Championship (April 26-28) at 6-under 210 with rounds of 67, 73 and 70 … The second-place finish was the best of his career … Ended the season with a T69 at the NCAA West Lafayette Regional at 19-over 235 from May 13-15.
Fall: Posted a 71.08 stroke average in the fall, the third lowest on the team … Tied for eighth at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate (Sept. 8-10) with a 12-under 201 ... Went 65-63-73 with his 63 being a collegiate low 18-hole round ... Tied for 48th at the Husky Invitational from Sept. 18-19 at 4-over 220 (73-73-74) ... Came in a tie for 18th at the William H. Tucker Invitational from Sept. 25-26 at 2-under 214 (71-66-77) … Tied for 36th at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup from Oct. 9-10 at 2-over 218.

Had a breakout performance at the U.S. Amateur over the summer, advancing all the way to the quarterfinals ... Tied for 39th in stroke play at 4-over 145 ... Defeated No. 14 Hazen Newman in 21 holes in the round of 64 and beat No. 19 Yuxin Lin, 3 and 2, in the round of 32 ... Knocked off No. 3 Hugo Townsend in 19 holes in the quarterfinals before falling to No. 59 Derek Hitchner, 3 and 2, in the quarterfinals ... Earned PING All-West Region honors ... Also was named all-Mountain West for the first time of his career ... Led the team with a 70.36 scoring average in 36 rounds ... Also topped SDSU in rounds below par (25), while ranking second in rounds in the 60s (11) ... Had three top-5 finishes out of his 12 events, along with five top-10 showings and nine top-20 placings ... Counted in 35 of his 36 tournaments, the highest count percentage (.972) on the team.
Spring: Posted a 70.81 stroke average in the spring out of nine tournaments and 27 rounds, the second-lowest average on the team ... Topped SDSU with 17 rounds below par in the spring and was second with seven rounds in the 60s ...Tied for 15th out of 66 at the Southwestern Invitational (Jan. 30-Feb. 1) at 1-over 217, including a 6-under 67 in the opening round ... Was the team's top finisher at the John A. Burns Intercollegiate from Feb. 16-17, taking ninth out of 126 golfers at 11-under 205, including a 8-under 64 in the final round ... Tied for 40th at 2-over 218 at the Southern Highlands Collegiate from Feb. 26-28 ... Tied for fourth at the Lamkin San Diego Classic from March 6-7 at 6-under 210, going 67, 71 and 72 ... Was the team's top finisher at the Arizona N.I.T from March 17-18 at 5-under 211 with a consistent 71, 70 and 70 ... Tied for 12th at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic (April 3-4) at 1-under 215 ... Tied for 58th at the Western Intercollegiate from April 10-12 at 11-over 221 ... Tied for fourth at 14-under 202 at the Mountain West Championship from April 28-30, going 68, 67 and 67 ... Fall: Led the team with a 69.00 stroke average in three rounds in the fall ... Also topped the squad with eight rounds below par and four rounds in the 60s (tied) ... Opened with a 12-under 198 to tie for fifth at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate from Sept. 9-11 ... The 198 tied for the second-best 54-hole score in program history, one shot behind Alex Kang's 197 at the 2010 Alister MacKenzie Invitational ... Logged under-par rounds of 66, 64 and 68 ... The 64 is tied for the eighth-best 18-hole round in school history ... Tied for 14th at the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate from Sept. 23-24 at 2-under 214 ... Opened with a 2-under 70, followed by an even-par 72 and a 76 ... For his efforts was named the Mountain West Men's Golf Freshman of the Week on Jan. 27 ... Tied for 45th at The Prestige on Feb. 21-23 at 13-over 226 ... Tied for 58th at the Lamkin San Diego Classic (March 7-8) 4-over 220 ... Tied for 17th at 8-over 218 at the Western Intercollegiate form April 11-13, posting SDSU's second-best finish ... Played in the final round at the NCAA Norman Regional on May 18, shooting a 3-over 75.
Fall: Ranked fourth on the team in the fall with a 72.56 scoring average … Recorded three rounds below par, two in the 60s and one even-par round … Started three of the team’s four tournaments … Made his collegiate debut with a T19 at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate from Sept. 10-12 at 6-under 204 … Opened with a 1-under 69 and an even-par 70 before finishing at 5-under 65 … Tied for 69th at the Husky Invitational at 12-over 228 from Sept. 20-21 … Tied for eighth at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup from Oct. 18-20 at 5-over 221, matching SDSU’s best placing of the tournament … Defeated Dillon West, 2&1, in match play to help the Aztecs beat Alabama, 3-2, for fifth place at the JTS Cup.
