Started two of three tournaments played in his first year on The Mesa ... Recorded a 74.89 scoring average, completing two rounds below par.
Spring: Was the Aztecs' top golfer in his lone event of the spring at the Southwestern Invitational, where he tied for 17th at 2-over 218 ... Shot a season-best 70 in the second round (Feb. 27-28).
Fall: Received a starting nod in his very first collegiate tournament at the Gopher Invitational, tying for 61st with a combined 17-over 230 (Sept. 10-11) ... Also tied for 42nd after carding a 10-over 226 as an individual competitor at the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate (Sept. 23-24).
Prior to College
Captured the Arizona Public Links Championship in March 2015 at Randolph North Golf Course in Tucson, where he won by five strokes with a 2-under-par 208 ... Logged three additional top-10 finishes that year, tying for seventh at the Winn Grips Heather Farr Classic in Mesa ... Also competed in the U.S. Amateur and the Western Junior Championship ... Qualified for the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championships in July 2014, finishing as co-medalist during sectional play at Aguila Golf Course in Phoenix ... Also tied for the runner-up position earlier that summer at the Bishop's Gate Golf Academy Junior Classic in Oxnard, Calif. ... Has excelled on the Junior Golf Association of Arizona (JGAA) circuit as well, recording six wins since 2012, including a victory in the boys championship at the 2015 Thunderbird Invitational in Phoenix ... Also emerged triumphant at the Tucson Junior City Championship and the Mesa Junior City Championship in 2014 ... Earning a No. 32 ranking on Golfweek's list of top 50 recruits for the incoming class of 2016 ... Additionally spent time among the top 50 on the Junior Golf Scorecard (JGS) rankings.

Graduated from Sandra Day O'Connor High School in Phoenix, Ariz. ... Captured all-state honors on three occasions ... Posted a third-place individual finish at the Arizona Division 1 state championship as a junior and took fourth as a sophomore.
