Won first varsity letter as an Aztec ... Competed in six tournaments, earning two starts ... Posted a 75.50 scoring average ... Logged three rounds below par, including two in the 60s.
Spring: Participated in four tournaments ... Finished in a tie for 21st as an unattached golfer at SDSU's own Barona Collegiate Cup, where he carded a season-best 1-under 215 (Feb. 9-10) ... Completed the event with his two lowest rounds as an Aztec (69-68) ... Drew a starting assignment at the National Invitational Tournament in Arizona, tying for 74th with a 19-over 235 (Feb. 28-March 2) ... Closed the spring slate with two appearances as an individual competitor ... Landed in the 30th position after firing a 6-over 222 at the Lamkin San Diego Classic (March 9-10) ... Also saw action at the ASU Thunderbird Invitational, where he shot a combined 235 (April 3-4).
Fall: Cracked the starting lineup at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational, where he tied for 44th at 7-over 220, highlighted by a fall-best 71 in the first round (Oct. 13-14) ... Also played unattached in the season-opening Southwestern Intercollegiate, tying for 58th at 19-over 232 (Sept. 8-9).
Summer 2014
Qualified for the U.S. Amateur Championship after sharing medalist honors in his sectional at San Diego Country Club with a combined 1-under 143.
2013-14 (As a Sophomore)
Participated as an unattached golfer in three tournaments, posting a 74.78 stroke average.
Spring: Finished third at the WIU/Carlton Oaks Invitational where he shot a combined 9-over 225 (Feb. 10-11) ... Tied for the 32 position with a collective 8-over 224 at the Aztecs' own Lamkin Grips San Diego Classic (March 10-11) ... Carded his second even-par round of the year with a 70 on the opening day of the Western Intercollegiate where he tied for 72nd at 14-over 224 (April 12-13).
Fall: Did not compete.
2012-13 Season
Sat out as a redshirt after transferring from the University of Hawai'i.
2011-12 Season (As A Freshman At Hawai'i)
Competed in two tournaments in his only season with the Warriors ... Averaged 77.00 strokes in nine rounds of play ... Tied for 20th at the Kaua'i Collegiate Invitational with a collective 7-over 223, highlighted by a season-low 72 during the second round ... Also saw action at the John Burns Intercollegiate, where he tied for 94th at 239 on rounds of 77-82-80.
High School
Won three letters in golf at Torrey Pines High ... Earned first-team all-Palomar League honors as a senior ... Helped Torrey Pines capture the team championship at the CIF state tournament, along with regional and conference titles, as the Falcons finished with a 37-0 record in head-to-head competition.
