Appeared in 26 games and made five starts for a Marquette team that went 20-11 and advanced to the NCAA Tournament (coincidentally at Cox Arena in San Diego)... Played in the first 21 games of the season... Was sixth on the team in scoring average (5.6) and tied for fourth in rebounds per game (4.0)... Set nearly all of his career highs in a magical performance against South Carolina on Nov. 26th in the championship game of the Great Alaska Shootout... Came off the bench against the Gamecocks to score 30 points, on 11-of-17 shooting, and added 12 rebounds in 30 minutes of action... Other career highs set that night included field goals (11), field goal attempts (17), three-point field goals (3), three-point field goals attempted (4) and minutes played (30)... Had three double-digit games during the season... Tallied 10 points, to lead all reserves, and added four rebounds in the season opening game against Rice (11-18-05)... Posted consecutive double-digit rebound games with 12 against South Carolina (11-26-05) and 10 at Nebraska (11-30-06)... One of six players to see action in all 31 games for the Golden Eagles, who finished the season with a 19-12 record and a berth in the postseason NIT... Bucked the freshmen trend as his averages improved as the season progressed...
