Led San Diego State to its first NCAA Sweet 16 appearance with upsets over No. 17/20 Texas and No. 10 West Virginia ... Also led SDSU to first-ever MWC championship title ... First Aztec to ever lead the Mountain West Conference in scoring in both overall (17.1 ppg.) and conference-only (18.4) games ...
