Joined the Aztecs after spending the 2019 season at Harding Univ. in Searcy, Arkansas ... Started out working with the SDSU DBs, but entered the depth chart as the backup “Will” linebacker to Andrew Aleki ... Came back for another season (COVID) ... Earned a scholarship on Aug. 25, 2021.

Was named a captain as voted on by his teammates ... Was a Burlsworth Trophy nominee which goes out to the top player who began his career as a walk-on ... Had 53 tackles (29 solo), including two sacks, 3.5 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and 10 quarterback hurries in 14 games (seven starts) ... Ranked in a tie for ninth in the Mountain West (T-58th in FBS) with two forced fumbles ... Had a solid opener in his first career start against New Mexico State on Sept. 4, making six tackles (four solo) and two forced fumbles in 47 snaps ... The two forced fumbles were tied for the most in a game in school history and the second most in a FBS game this season ... The feat has now happened 14 times in program history ... The six tackles were a career high after entering the game with 15 stops over his first career 15 games ... Came up with three tackles (one solo), including a 7-yard sack, and a quarterback hurry in a start at Arizona on Sept. 11, logging 33 snaps ... SENIOR SEASON (2020)
Had 15 tackles (five solo), 0.5 tackles for loss, a 71-yard interception returned for a touchdown and two quarterback hurries in seven games off the bench ... Ranked in a tie for first in the Mountain West in interceptions returned for a touchdown (1, T-6th in FBS) and third in interception yards (71, T-42nd in FBS) ... Did not play in the opener with UNLV on Oct. 24 ... Came off the bench to record four tackles (one solo) in his first career Division I game at Utah State on Oct. 31 ... Did not record a stat in special teams action against San José State  on Nov. 6... Played his most extensive snaps of the season off the bench against Hawai’i on Nov. 14 ... Recorded three tackles (one solo) and returned an interception 71 yards for a touchdown ... It was SDSU’s first interception returned for a touchdown since Tariq Thompson had one against Northern Illinois on Sept. 30, 2017 ... The score stopped a long Rainbow Warrior scoring drive and put the Aztecs up, 28-0 ... The interception was the first of his career ... Tied a career high with four tackles (two solo) off the bench at Nevada on Nov. 21, including 0.5 tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry ... AT HARDING UNIV. (2019)
Played in all 12 games at Division II Harding Univ. without making a start ... Recorded 23 tackles (12 solo), including 6.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks ... Also forced a fumble and returned a fumble for 35 yards ... Best game was against Southern Nazarene on Oct. 5 when he recorded six tackles, including two tackles for loss and a 10-yard sack ... Added a pair of sacks in the finale with Northwest Missouri State.

AT SADDLEBACK COLLEGE (2018)
Led Saddleback College with 54 tackles in his one season there, including 5.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, a 25-yard interception and a pass breakup.

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO (2017)
Played his freshman season for NAIA College of Idaho ... Ranked second on the team with 85 tackles (48 solo), while adding 1.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, 10 pass breakups, a forced fumble and a blocked kick.
