Athletic defensive end  ... Signed with the 2017 class out of high school and joined the Aztecs early for the spring season ... Was a defensive tackle in 2017, but moved to defensive end for the 2018 season where he backed up senior Anthony Luke with teammate Keshawn Banks ... Then backed up senior Myles Cheatum in 2019 ... Logged his most playing time in the 2020 season.

JUNIOR SEASON (2020)
Had 12 tackles (seven solo), including 3.5 tackles for loss, three sacks and a quarterback hurry in seven games, including one start ...  Had a big game in limited snaps off the bench vs. UNLV on Oct. 24, recording two tackles with 1.5 going down as a tackle for loss and another as a sack ... Both the 1.5 TFL and sack were career highs ... Made a solo tackle and had a quarterback hurry late on defense at Utah State on Oct. 31 ... Had an assisted stop against San José State on Nov. 6 ... Did not play in the Hawai’i game on Nov. 14 ... Made two tackles in time off the bench at Nevada on Nov. 21 ... Had a 2-yard sack (and tackle for loss) in a reserve role at Colorado on Nov. 28 ...
