Pronounced Iz-MALE ... Big, athletic, versatile offensive lineman with excellent technique ... Has a ton of potential ... Was slated to start at left guard as a redshirt freshman heading into the 2017 fall camp, but moved to center, eventually right guard and even left guard against Ohio in the 2018 DXL Frisco Bowl ... Missed the 2019 spring campaign after having shoulder surgery, but entered his final fall season as the projected starting center.

Started the team’s first 10 games, including five at right guard and five at center, before missing the Fresno State trip with an injury ... Returned to start again at center vs. Hawai’i and at left guard vs. Ohio in the DXL Frisco Bowl ... Had played all 687 snaps before missing the Fresno State game ... Had only two penalties in 821 snaps ... Had the second-highest overall grade in the Mountain West at center, despite playing 356 of his 821 snaps at guard ... Started the opener at No. 13/13 Stanford at right guard, his 14th straight start ... Was named to the Pro Football Focus Mountain West Team of the Week for the Stanford game ... Also started at center at Arizona State, again vs. No. 19/19 Stanford, at Air Force in the Mountain West opener, vs. Northern Illinois and against Boise State ...
