Came to San Diego State with one year of eligibility in 2020 and three years of collegiate experience, but got another year because of NCAA’s rules on the Covid-shortened season last year ... Had 10 100-yard rushing games in 25 career Division I games, including nine times at San Diego State in 21 games ... Was named a second-team all-Mountain West selection by the league’s coaches and media ... Received numerous preseason accolades, including being named to the Maxwell Award Watch List (college player of the year) and the Reese’s Senior Bowl Watch List ... Also was a preseason second-team all-Mountain West selection by Phil Steele Magazine, Athlon Sports and Lindy’s Sports, and a third-team pick by Pro Football Focus ... College Football News deemed him “SDSU’s second-best offensive player” and a “player to watch” by Lindy’s Sports ... Started 13 of the team’s 14 games (missing the most of the Towson game (seven snaps), rushing 245 times for 1,091 yards (4.5 avg.) with nine touchdowns ... Also had four catches for five yards (1.3 avg.) ... Ranked third in the Mountain West in total rushing attempts (245, 18th in FBS) and rushing yards (1,091, 40th in FBS), fourth in rushing attempts per game (17.50, 26th in FBS) and rushing yards per game (82.31, 55th in FBS), and tied for fourth in rushing touchdowns (9, T-61st in FBS) ... Started the opener against New Mexico State on Sept. 4, rushing for a career-high 161 yards and a touchdown on 21 attempts (7.7 avg.) ... It was his second game with at least 150 rushing yards ... SENIOR SEASON (2020)
Had an outstanding first season, including being named a second-team all-Mountain West selection by the league’s coaches and media ... Started four times and played in seven of the team’s eight games, but missed most of three-game stretch in November, including all of the Colorado game on Nov. 28 ... Rushed for 637 yards on 113 attempts (5.6 avg.) with six touchdowns, while adding 11 catches for 114 yards (10.4 avg.) and another score ... Became the first player in program history to begin his Aztec career with three straight (and four straight) 100-yard rushing games ... Ranked second in the Mountain West in both rushing yards per game (91.00, 34th in FBS) and rushing yards (637, 63rd in FBS) despite missing most of three games (28 yards on 10 attempts while battling an injury suffered on SDSU’s third offensive play at Nevada on Nov. 21, missed next game at Colorado (Nov. 28) before playing only two snaps against Colorado State (Dec. 5), rushing once for four yards ... Also was third in the league in rushing yards per carry (5.64, 41st in FBS), fourth in rushing attempts per game (16.14, 37th in FBS), tied for fourth in rushing touchdowns (6, T-75th in FBS), tied for sixth in total touchdowns (7) and tied for ninth in points per game (6.00) ... Made his Aztec debut against UNLV on Oct. 24, rushing for 111 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries (5.8 avg.) ... Became SDSU’s 80th different 100-yard rusher in program history ... It was also SDSU’s 17th 100-yard rushing game in a season opener in its Division I era (since 1969) ... Both his 111 yards and 19 attempts were then career highs ... His first career touchdown came in his fifth career Division I game ... Had another good game at Utah State on Oct. 31, rushing for 157 yards on 22 attempts (7.1 avg.) and a touchdown, while adding two catches for 29 yards and a touchdown ... Recorded his second straight 100-yard rushing game as an Aztec ... The 157 rushing yards were the most by an Aztec since Juwan Washington had 158 against Hawai’i on Nov. 24, 2018 ... Ran for 109 yards and a touchdown on 25 attempts against San José State in his first start as an Aztec on Nov. 6, while adding six receptions for 34 yards ... Became the first player in program history to record three consecutive 100-yard rushing games to begin his Aztec career ... Also became the first Aztec with three straight 100-yard rushing games since Juwan Washington from Aug. 31-Sept. 15, 2018 ... Set career highs in rushing attempts (25), receptions (6) and receiving yards (34) ...  Ran for a career-high 160 yards and two touchdowns on 19 attempts (8.4 avg.) in a second straight start vs. Hawai’i on Nov. 14 ... Extended his program record to four consecutive 100-yard rushing games to begin his Aztec career ... Became the first Aztec with four straight 100-yard rushing games since Rashaad Penny closed his collegiate career with five straight in the final five games of 2017 ... Is now one of 10 Aztecs in program history with at least four straight 100-yard rushing games ... Had his first career game with multiple rushing touchdowns ... Had a career-long 62-yard run in the game ... Also added a 9-yard catch ... Ran for 28 yards on 10 attempts (2.8 avg.) with a touchdown, while battling an injury on SDSU’s third offensive play of the game at Nevada on Nov. 21 ... Scored his sixth rushing touchdown this season (and career) and seventh overall (and career) ... Traveled for the road game at Colorado on Nov. 28, but did not play because of the injury ... Played only two snaps off the bench against Colorado State on Dec. 5, rushing once for four yards before exiting with the same injury ... Returned somewhat healthy to start the following week (Dec. 12) at No. 14/16 Brigham Young, rushing 17 times for 68 yards (4.0 avg.) and adding two receptions for a career-high 42 yards (21.0 avg.) with a long of 28 yards.

AT UNIV. OF NEBRASKA (2018)
Played in each of the first four games with the Cornhuskers, starting the first three ... Ran for 173 yards on 35 carries (4.9 avg.), while adding four catches for 14 yards (3.5 avg.) ... Opened his Division I career with 104 yards on 13 rushes (8.0 avg.) against Colorado and followed with 64 yards on 14 attempts (4.6 avg.) vs. Troy ... Ended up electing to transfer after the four games.

AT ARIZONA WESTERN COMMUNITY COLLEGE (2016-17)
Was a first-team junior college All-American in each of his two seasons at Arizona Western Community College, where he led the team to a 20-2 record ... Ran for 2,404 yards with 18 touchdowns over his two seasons, averaging 6.3 yards per carry ... Had 1,217 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns in 2017 and 1,187 yards and seven scores in 2016 ... Picked Nebraska out of AWCC over offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Utah, Missouri, Louisville, Boise State, Fresno State, Louisiana Tech, New Mexico and UTSA, according to Rivals ... Was a four-star recruit by ESPN and Rivals, and a three-star recruit by 247sports.

Prepped a nearby Bonita Vista High School, where he led the squad to its first section title in school history ... As a senior in 2015, ran for 2,632 yards and 34 touchdowns.
