Played in the team’s 13 games on special teams, making three tackles (two solo) ... Led the team with three tackles on the kickoff unit ... Played in his first career Division I game in the opener with Weber State without making the stat sheet ... Played again on special teams at UCLA and New Mexico State, but did not record a stat ... Logged his first career tackle - a solo one - on an Aztec kickoff vs. Utah State ... Also played statless time at Colorado State and against Wyoming ...
