SENIOR SEASON (2018)
Started 12 of the 13 games, missing the Air Force game with a knee injury ... Finished with 25 tackles (12 solo), including seven tackles for loss, three sacks and seven quarterback hurries ... Earned his fifth straight start at defensive end in the opener at No. 13/13 Stanford, making two tackles, including a 2-yard sack ... Came up with three tackles, including 0.5 sacks (and 0.5 tackles for loss) for four yards, and a quarterback hurry against Sacramento State ... Had one solo tackle and a quarterback hurry in a start vs. No. 23/25 Arizona State ... Had a career-high six tackles with one going for a loss in a start against Eastern Michigan ... Played only five snaps in a start at rv/No. 24 Boise State before missing the rest of the game with an injury ... Did not play against Air Force ... Logged his first career snaps in a Division I game against UC Davis in the opener, but did not find the stat sheet ... Had a big impact off the bench at Arizona State, coming up with two tackles (one solo), including 1.5 sacks (and tackles for loss) for seven yards, and a quarterback hurry ... The two tackles, 1.5 sacks and 1.5 TFL were all the first of his DI career ... Made one solo stop against No. 19/19 Stanford ... Registered a special teams stop at Air Force ... Played two seasons for Contra Costa College alongside his brother, Chima, helping the Comets to consecutive Pacific 7 Conference championships ... Anchored a defensive line in 2015 that allowed the fewest passing yards (157.7) in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) ... Led the team in 2015 with eight sacks and 12 tackles for loss ... Recorded 26 tackles, 22 solo ... 2015 All-California Community College Region II first team honoree ... A two-star recruit according to Scout and Rivals ... Chose SDSU over offers from Fresno State, New Mexico, San Jose State, UCF, Toledo, Weber State and Iowa State.  

HIGH SCHOOL
Played two seasons at Deer Valley High School, helping the Wolverines to an 11-2 mark his senior season after recording 61 tackles, 28 on his own, an interception and a team-best 6.0 tackles for loss ... 2013 All-Bay Valley Athletic League first team and All-East Bay second team honoree ... Also played basketball at Deer Valley.
