Pronounced bring-GALE ... A walk-on who made the move from linebacker to defensive line in the spring ... Injured a knee, however, and missed the majority of spring ball.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2018)
Played in four games on special teams ... Made his collegiate debut on special teams on Oct. 6 at rv/No. 24 Boise State ... Also played in the team’s next three games vs. Air Force, San José State and Nevada.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2017)
Did not see action during the 2017 campaign. 

REDSHIRT SEASON (2016)
Redshirted his first year with the Aztecs. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a three-year letter winner at Bellarmine Prep in San Jose, Calif. ... Was a two-time first-team all-WCAL selection and a one-time second-team pick ... Twice was a honorable-mention selection by the Mercury News ... Helped lead Bellarmine to championships in the WCAL, Central Coast Section and CIF Northern California DIAA ... Also played basketball (two years), volleyball (one year) and threw the discus (one year) for the Bells ... Was a four-time class president as a prep.
