Logged special teams snaps in all 13 games ... Finished with five tackles (four solo), all on the kick return unit ... Made a solo stop in his first career collegiate game against UC Davis ... Did not record a stat in the next three games ... Made an assisted tackle vs. Northern Illinois ... Played statless time at UNLV ... Had a solo stop vs. Boise State ... Went the next three contests without a tackle ... Had a solo tackle against Nevada ... Did not find the statsheet in playing time vs. New Mexico ... Earned three letters at Mission Hills High School in nearby San Marcos, Calif. ... Led the Grizzlies to a 32-6 (.842) record over his three years, including a 11-1 (.917) mark in league play ... MHHS went 11-1 in 2015 and 4-0 in league action, after going 9-3 (4-0 in Avocado East League) in 2014 and 12-2 (3-1) in 2013 ... The 2015 squad was undefeated in regular season, the first time that has occurred in school history ... Was a second-team all-CIF selection ... Also garnered all-league honors ...
