SENIOR SEASON (2018)
Was named a second-team all-Mountain West selection by the league’s head coaches and media ... Sarted the team’s 13 games, the first 10 at right tackle and the final three at left tackle ... Was a team captain in three games ... Earned the start in the opener at No. 13/13 Stanford at right tackle and again vs. Sacramento State ... Also started against No. 23/25 Arizona State (team captain), where he was the highest-graded player in the game (according to Pro Football Focus) and earned the highest grade of his career ... For his efforts, was named to the Pro Football Focus Mountain West Team of the Week ... Started again vs. Eastern Michigan as one of the team’s four captains ... Did not start at UNLV for the first time of the season, battling a hand injury, but logged snaps on the PAT and field goal unit ... Came in late to play vs. Boise State ... Returned to the starting lineup against Fresno State, where he was named to the MW Pro Football Focus Team of the Week for his play ... Played in the final 12 games of the season after missing the first two with a chest injury ... Mainly played on special teams ... Also had one unassisted tackle ... According to Pro Football Focus, logged 55 snaps on the offensive line on the year ... First five snaps came in his first career game at Northern Illinois ... Also played three snaps at South Alabama, 11 vs. UNLV, 10 against San Jose State, 11 at Utah State, eight vs. Hawai'i, three at Nevada, one vs. Colorado State and three at Wyoming in the MW Championship game ... Other appearances were vs. Fresno State, at Wyoming and vs. Houston in the Las Vegas Bowl.
