Smart player who will look to see action on the defensive side of the ball now in his fourth season with the program ... Moved from safety to cornerback in 2017 and is now slated to backup Ron Smith at left cornerback heading into 2018 ... Also a standout special teams player.  

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2017)
Played in all 13 games, making seven tackles on special teams ... Ranked in a tie for second on the team in both special teams tackles (7) and kickoff return tackles (6) ... Did not record a stat in the first two games vs. UC Davis and at Arizona State ... Registered two solo tackles vs. No. 19/19 Stanford ... Played without recording a start at Air Force ... Had two tackles (one solo) vs. Northern Illinois ... Added tackles in each of the next two games - at UNLV and vs. Boise State ... Did not find the stat sheet in each of the next five games ... Registered a solo tackle against Army West Point in the Armed Forces Bowl.  

FRESHMAN SEASON (2016)
Played in all 14 games on the season, registering 10 tackles, including six solo ... Nine of his 10 stops came on special teams ... Tied for second on the team in kickoff return tackles (8) and tied for third in special teams tackles (9) ... Did not record a stat in the first four games of the season ... Had first career tackles (both solo) against UNLV ... Had a career-high three stops (all assisted) the following game at Fresno State ... Had solo stops in four consecutive games vs. San Jose State, at Utah State, vs. Hawai'i and at Nevada ... Did not make the stat sheet in back-to-back games at Wyoming and vs. Colorado State ... Had an assisted tackle at Wyoming in the Mountain West Championship ... Did not register a stat vs. Houston in the Las Vegas Bowl.  

REDSHIRT SEASON (2015)
Utilized his redshirt season, where he was named the team's special teams scout team player of the year.  

HIGH SCHOOL
Did a little bit of everything at Antelope Valley High in Lancaster, Calif., as a senior, leading the team in passing yards (567), passing touchdowns (3), rushing attempts (133), rushing yards (1,374), rushing touchdowns (22), 100-yard rushing games (8), total yards (2,005) and all-purpose yards (1,580), while adding 32 tackles, seven sacks, three fumble recoveries, three blocked punts, four receptions and 64 receiving yards ... Earned first-team all-Golden League honors as a quarterback and defensive lineman ... Earned two stars from Rivals (defensive back), Scout (wide receiver) and 247sports (outside linebacker) ... Received a grade of 78 by 247sports ... Also ran track at AVHS.
