Physical linebacker who became one of the leaders on defense ... Moved into the two-deep for the South Alabama game as a true freshman in 2015 with Jake Fely injured and stayed there for the rest of the season, before starting 38 of his final 39 games ... Ronley Saumaniafaese Lealao Lakalaka was born Jan. 23, 1997, in Honolulu, Hawaii ... Picked SDSU over an offer from Hawai`i and also had interest from California ... Brother, Steven, played running back at Hawai’i from 2013-16, while his younger brother, Seyddrick, joined SDSU as a linebacker in 2017 ... Majored in social science.
