Prepped at La Jolla High School in nearby La Jolla, California … A three-time letterman standout on both sides of the ball as a wide receiver and defensive back … Was named to the All-Eastern League First Team on both offense and defense in 2023 … As a senior in 2025, according to MaxPreps, he dominated the Eastern League to the tune of 65 receptions, 91.7 receiving yards per game, 1,009 yards and 11 touchdowns … Also carried the ball 25 times for 118 yards and three more scores … Was equally as dominant on defense posting 44 total tackles, six passes defended, one tackle for a loss and one fumble recovery … Led the Vikings with five interceptions and three forced fumbles … Reached the CIF Southern Section Division II playoffs … In 2024, battled through injury but in three games caught 21 passes for 203 yards and a touchdown … Averaged 67.7 yards per game and snagged an interception on defense as well … As a sophomore was one of the most explosive players in the Eastern League … During his first year on varsity led the team with 52 receptions, 769 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns … On defense also led the Vikings with a team-high eight interceptions and three forced fumbles … Added 46 total tackles, two passes defended and a fumble recovery … Was a key contributor to La Jolla reaching the CIF Division II Championship game … Ranked a three-star recruit by 247Sports and ESPN … Received a scout grade of 84 by 247Sports … Chose the Aztecs over future Pac-12 foe Colorado State.
