Played again vs. Fresno State, at Hawai`i, at San Jose State and against Utah State, but did not record a stat ... Caught a 4-yard pass on 3rd and 4 early in the third quarter at Colorado State ... SDSU would eventually score a touchdown on the drive to take a 20-10 lead ... Did not record a stat in action against Wyoming ... Made a 2-yard grab at UNLV in a reserve role ... Former quarterback who switched over to tight end late in his high school career ... Helped lead Clovis North High School to a CIF Central Section Division I championship and 12-2 record in 2012, recording 60 catches for 1,188 yards (19.8 avg.) and 10 touchdowns ... Was the tight end MVP at the 2012 Five-Star Showcase in Los Angeles ... A first-team all-league pick and first-team all-Valley selection as a senior ... A three-star recruit by Rivals.com, and a two-star recruit by both Scout.com and 247Sports.com ... Among tight ends in the country, was ranked 83rd by Scout and 105th by 247Sports ... Was also a forward on the basketball team and a pitcher with the baseball squad ... Helped the basketball team to a section championship.
