2023 SEASON (As a Sophomore):
Overcame a preseason shoulder injury to play 48 games in his second year on The Mesa… Made 42 starts, including 24 at designated hitter and 18 in left field… Slashed .266/.400/.406 with three homers, 19 RBIs and 29 runs scored, helping the Scarlet and Black clinch a share of the Mountain West regular-season championship… Led the Aztecs with 26 walks and a .400 on-base percentage while ranking third with 11 stolen bases… His stolen base total was also good for fourth in the Mountain West… Additionally tied for the third spot on the team with nine doubles and three sacrifice hits… Collected multiple hits in eight games and totaled two or more RBIs in four contests… Reached base in 14 consecutive games from April 23-May 18, which marked the squad’s third-longest streak of the campaign… Also crafted a season-long six-game hitting streak from March 3-16… Set a career high with four runs scored in SDSU’s 28-8 romp at UNLV after finishing 2-for-4 at the plate with a pair of stolen bases (3-4-23)… Went 3-for-5 with one RBI, one run scored and a pair of stolen bases in a a 12-6 setback vs. UConn (3-18-23)… Garnered Mountain West Player of the Week accolades after batting .500 with five RBIs, five runs scored and one stolen base in a series victory at home over Air Force (3-27-23)… Four of his five hits against Falcons went for doubles, including one that plated three runs in the series opener, as the Aztecs rolled to an 11-0 shutout… Also hit .750 with runners in scoring position that weekend…. Ripped an RBI single and eventually crossed the plate to highlight a three-run outburst in the eighth inning vs. UC San Diego, helping the Scarlet and Black break a 2-2 tie and emerge with a 5-2 victory at home (4-11-23)… Matched his career high with three RBIs in the final two games of a road series at Air Force (5-13/14-23)… Equaled his collegiate best with three hits in the weekend finale against the Falcons, including a two-run triple that gave SDSU a 9-6 lead before the hosts rallied for a 16-10 decision… Went 2-for-2 with a double and a pair of runs scored in the Aztecs’ dramatic 8-6 come-from-behind victory over New Mexico that clinched SDSU’s MW regular-season co-championship (5-20-23)… Singled and scored during the Aztecs’ four-run surge in the bottom of third vs. the Lobos that narrowed the gap to 6-5… Roped an RBI single in the ninth inning of SDSU’s 4-2 loss to Fresno State at the Mountain West tournament, as the Aztecs’ late rally fell short in their elimination game (5-26-23).

2022 SEASON (As A Freshman): Enjoyed a tremendous debut campaign for the Aztecs, earning Mountain West Co-Freshman of the Year honors … Hit .293 with five home runs, 22 RBIs, 28 runs scored and 17 stolen bases, the last of which ranked second in the conference … Tied for the team lead in home runs while occupying the third spot in batting average (.293), on-base percentage (.391), slugging percentage (.452) and runs scored … Also shared the third position on the squad in doubles (8) and tied for fourth in hits (46) while ranking fifth in RBIs (22) … Started 40 of 46 games in the outfield, including 37 in center and three in right … Tied for third on the team with multiple RBIs in seven games and had two or more hits in 14 outings, which ranked fifth … Batted .446 (25-56) when leading off an inning … Tied for the league lead in stolen bases (17) against Mountain West competition while hitting .357 with three homers, six doubles, 18 RBIs and 20 runs scored … Recorded a break-through performance in the second game of a weekend series at San José State where he went 3-for-5 with three RBIs, highlighted by his first collegiate homer, a two-run blast, while crossing the plate on two occasions (3-19-22) … Fashioned a six-game hitting streak from April 9-16, batting .458 (11-24) with eight stolen bases, seven RBIs and six runs scored … Once again found success against SJSU pitchers, notching a 3-for-4 effort against the Spartans in the finale of a home set, including his first collegiate triple, to go with a pair of stolen bases (4-10-22) … Continued his hot hitting the following week at New Mexico where he hit a combined .417 (5-12) with four RBIs, three runs scored and three stolen bases, helping the Aztecs to a three-game sweep (4-14/15/16-22) … Homered on the first pitch of the game at Long Beach State, as SDSU held on for a 4-3 victory (4-26-22) … Led off with a ground-rule double and promptly scored during a five-run outburst in the first inning at Fresno State, helping the Aztecs seize control en route to an 8-4 triumph in the opener of a three-game set (4-29-22) … Drove in both SDSU runs with a solo blast and a double vs. CSUN at home (5-4-22) … Doubled and scored the winning run on a wild pitch in the bottom of the 12th in the Aztecs' 7-6 thriller over eventual MW tournament champion Air Force (5-8-22) ... Roped two doubles and scored a run in SDSU's home finale against Nevada (5-15-22) … Made a spectacular return to his hometown during the Aztecs' season-ending series at UNLV where he led the Scarlet and Black in most statistical categories over three games, including batting average (.692), hits (9) home runs (2), RBIs (4), runs scored (5), slugging percentage (1.231) and on-base percentage (.714) to go with a 3-for-3 effort in stolen bases … Ranked eighth in the MW with a .992 fielding percentage, committing just one error in 118 chances.

PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Graduated  from Durango High School in Las Vegas, Nevada … Ranked as the No. 4 outfielder and the seventh-best player in Nevada for the class of 2021, according to Perfect Game … Also earned a spot on the website's top 500 players nationally for the class of 2021, ranking 66th at his outfield position … Additionally received a player grade of 9.5 from Perfect Game … Earned first-team all-Southern Nevada honors by the Las Vegas Review-Journal as a senior after batting .561 (23-41) with four homers, nine doubles and 27 RBIs in just 15 games, according to MaxPreps … Also scored 20 runs and stole 13 bases in 16 attempts … Finished with a  1.121 slugging percentage and a .636 on-base percentage as well … Garnered first-team preseason PG Underclass All-America accolades for the West Region in 2020 to go with honorable mention in 2018 and 2019 (High) … Named to the Top Prospect team at the prestigious 2020 National Showcase in Hoover, Alabama, and earned all-tournament honors in eight additional events from 2017-20, including the 2020 PG Fall National Championship (Upperclass) in Surprise, Arizona … Was selected to play for the Reds squad at the exclusive 2020 Area Code Games in Emerson, Georgia.
