2020 SEASON AT SAN DIEGO (As A Sophomore): Transferred to the University of San Diego after spending his freshman year at Fresno City College … Made four relief appearances in his lone season with the Toreros that was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic … Posted the second-lowest ERA on the team (2.45) while striking out 15 batters in 11.0 innings … Pitched three scoreless innings in his collegiate debut, overcoming four walks with a season-high six strikeouts in USD’s 6-5 victory over Oregon (2-15-20) … Tossed a season-long 3.1 innings vs. Nebraska at the Tony Gwynn Legacy (2-21-20) … Offset three walks and one hit with three strikeouts over 1.2 innings in the Toreros’ 6-2 triumph at Indiana (3-7-20).
