2020 SEASON (As A Junior):
Pitched in four games out of the bullpen during an abbreviated season that was canceled on March 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic … Tossed 3.1 innings on the year, including a season-long two frames vs. UNC Greensboro at the Baseball by the Beach tournament in Conway, South Carolina (2-16-20) … Also saw action against USC at the Tony Gwynn Legacy (2-23-20) and made two appearances in the home series vs. Oregon State (2-27/3-1-20) … Received Mountain West all-academic recognition for the second time as a collegian.

2019 SEASON (As A Sophomore): Ranked second on the team with 22 appearances, including his first two starts as a collegian … Posted a 3-3 record in 31.2 innings … Compiled a 5.40 ERA to go with two saves and 41 strikeouts … Opened the year with three scoreless appearances, pitching 5.1 innings of relief, highlighted by consecutive victories over UC Irvine (2-19-19) and Utah (2-22-19) … Earlier, he struck out a career-high seven batters on 42 pitches in the second game of a doubleheader vs. San Francisco (2-16-19) … Was also the winning pitcher in the Aztecs’ narrow 6-5 victory over Seattle, tossing two innings of scoreless relief with a pair of strikeouts (3-15-19) … Received his first career start in the series finale at Nevada, pitching a season-high three innings as the Scarlet and Black rolled to an 11-3 win (4-7-19) … Also drew a starting assignment at Cal State Fullerton (4-14-19) … Fanned at least one batter in his first 10 outings of the season (26 overall) ... Notched his first collegiate save in the Aztecs’ 8-5 home victory over Nevada, allowing no hits and one walk over the final 2.1 innings (3-9-19) … Also saved SDSU’s 4-2 series-opening win at New Mexico (3-22-19).     

SUMMER 2018: Received second-team all-Alaska Baseball League honors after recording a 2.91 earned run average in 43.1 innings with the Anchorage Bucs ... Made nine appearances with eight starts, compiling a 3-2 record to go with 41 strikeouts ... Pitched nine innings of an 11-inning no-hitter against the Chugiak Chinooks, with Aztec teammate Adrian Mardueno pitching the final two frames ... Racked up a stretch of 23 consecutive scoreless innings from June 30-July 22.

2018 SEASON (As A Freshman): Made 19 relief appearances in his debut campaign for the Aztecs, recording a 2.84 ERA in 25.1 innings ...  Did not allow an earned run in 15 of his 19 outings ... Held opposing hitters to a .219 batting  average, including a .206 clip with two outs ... Tossed two innings of the Aztecs' come-from-behind victory over Grand Canyon for his first collegiate win (2-25-18) ... Recorded a stretch of five consecutive scoreless appearances from March 4-25 ... Logged season bests of five strikeouts and four innings against UC Irvine (4-10-18) ... Combined on SDSU's 1-0 shutout victory over UNLV with 2/3 innings pitched (4-27-18) ... Earned a spot on the Mountain West all-academic team after the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in2017 from Valhalla High School in nearby El Cajon, California … 2017 Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American… 2017 California All-Region Second Team… 2016 Perfect Game Underclass honorable mention… Ranked as the 52nd best right-handed pitcher in California among 2017 class… Posted a career 1.96 career during three varsity seasons at Valhalla, including a career-best 1.23 ERA in 57 innings pitched as a senior in 2017… Struck out 85 batters and walked just 17 in 2016... Played summer baseball for the San Diego Show.
