2018 (JUNIOR): Finished tied for the team and conference lead with 15 starts and recorded a total of 17 appearances on the year... Recorded a .215 opponent batting average, the second best average among qualified pitchers in the Mountain West... Posted a 4.68 ERA and 4-4 record... 4.68 ERA marked as the 10th best in the conference... 70 strikeouts marked as the seventh most in the MW and 20 batters struck out looking marked as the sixth highest...Finished 10th in the MW with 73 innings pitched... Allowed only two home runs on the year, tied for the lowest number among qualified pitchers in the MW... Took a pair of no-hitters into the seventh inning or later, first against Long Beach State on April 3 where Pyatt did not allow a hit until a two-out double in the eighth inning... Also had a no-hit bit at New Mexico on May 4 until allowing a one-out double in the seventh... Struck out a career-high nine against UNLV on April 27 while also pitching six shutout innings with only three hits allowed in a 1-0 win... Struck out at least five in seven of his 15 starts... Had a streak of 18.2 consecutive scoreless innings from April 13 - May 4, lowering his season ERA from 4.50 to 3.44...Currently 17th in SDSU history with 31 career games started.

2017 (SOPHOMORE): Logged a 5.23 ERA in 41.1 innings pitched over 22 appearances and five starts… Struck out 41 batters… Ended the season with four consecutive scoreless appearances, including a 2.1 inning outing in Long Beach Regional on 6/2, striking out four batters against Long Beach State while not allowing a run… Recorded a season-high five strikeouts on three separate occasions… Posted a 4.30 ERA in MW action.

2016 (FRESHMAN): Was one of SDSU’s weekend starters for a majority of the 2016 season ... In his season starting debut at UC Irvine (Feb. 23), went five innings allowing a run on three hits with four strikeouts ... In his second start, tossed six innings vs. University of San Diego on March 1, allowing no runs on a hit with three walks and seven strikeouts ... Did not get credit for a win in either of those outings ... Made late-season relief appearances with one inning at UC Riverside (May 17) and two innings at San Jose State (May 20) ... Retired all nine batters he faced over those two contests and had two strikeouts ... Season high seven strikeouts came in 6.0 innings vs. USD (March 1) and in 6.2 innings vs. UNLV on April 8.

2015 (REDSHIRT): Redshirted during the 2015 season as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played three years of varsity baseball at Esperanza High School in Anaheim, Calif. ... Coached there by Mike Curran ... Two-year team captain ... Earned all-Century League as a sophomore and junior ... During his senior season batted .282 with five doubles, three triples, a home run and 13 RBI in 22 contests ... Also had a 2-3 record and 3.44 earn run average as a pitcher ... As a junior hit .389 with two homers along with a 6-2 record and 1.90 ERA ... Went 7-3 with a 2.10 earned run average during his sophomore campaign ... Was a member of the Esperanza HS varsity basketball team as a freshman.
