Had a season-high nine strikeouts in six innings at St. Mary's on March 2 and also vs. Air Force on April 6 ... Lone relief appearance came on Feb. 18 vs. Loyola Marymount when he went 5.2 innings allowing no runs on three hits with a walk and four strikeouts ... In eight appearances (seven starts, one relief) at Tony Gwynn Stadium went 4-1 with a 1.07 earned run averaged ... Ranked second on the squad and fifth in the Mountain West with 78 strikeouts.
