Currently second in SDSU history with 93 pitching appearances, standing 13 shy of tying the school record set by Kevin Piper… Led team with 34 appearances in 2017 while recording three starts… Walked just nine batters on the year, the fewest by any Aztec with at least 20 innings pitched… Recorded a 3.67 ERA and 5-3 record over 49 innings pitched… Logged a span of 11 consecutive scoreless appearances from Feb. 28 – March 26, lowering his season ERA from 3.12 to 1.21 over his effort… Held opponents scoreless in 23 of his 31 relief appearances… recorded a season-high five strikeouts in just three innings of work against UC Riverside on April 25… Held opposing hitters to a .206 average with runners on base and a .222 average with two outs.

Has been the Aztecs' primary left-handed reliever the past two years and is expected to continue in that role this season ... Played for both the DC Grays of the Cal Ripken League and the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod League during summer 2016 ... Made nine appearances with six starts and two complete games with a 1.66 earned run average for the DC Grays ... In Cotuit, made four appearance recording two saves and a 2.38 ERA ... First victory came vs. Fresno State on March 6 ... Also had wins at No. 6 Oregon State, vs. No. 20 Long Beach State and vs. UNLV on May 26 ... Longest outing was 3.0 innings vs. UNLV (5/28) ... Picked up saves vs. UNLV (April 10) and at Fresno State (May 6) ... Season-high three strikeouts came at Cal State Fullerton over two innings of relief work.

SAN DIEGO STATE 2015
Was named to the all-tourney team at the 2015 Mountain West Tournament ... Threw a complete-game (seven innings) vs. New Mexico on Saturday (May 23) allowing a run on three hits ... It was his first start of the year after making 30 relief appearances ... His 32 total appearances ranked second in the Mountain West this season ... Picked up a win over No. 19 UC Irvine on April 14, getting the final out in the top of the ninth on one pitch before SDSU rallied to win in the bottom of the ninth ... Recorded a save in the second game of the season vs. Valparaiso when he tossed 2.1 innings allowing just a hit while striking out three ...
